Po boxes should be accessible 24/7 i work from 6-between 5 and 8. How tf am i suppose to get my mail. Only time i get it is on a day off and by then its so full yall arent putting anything else in it. Do something about this. Open the po box room for 24/7 use

The website said that the have passport walking but don't believe them, I am just walking out of the office at 9:03 am on Saturday because one of the officers just told me that there is not walking passport services.

ZERO STAR
This has been going on for 4 years. This is a business address, I can get mail on a daily basis . I have had mail left outside on the front door step . The gentleman that supposed to drive this route teaches other mail men down town how to drive , meanwhile I get no mail. The temporary mail delivery driver will not come down the street because they heard a gun shot close by. I CAN NOT GET MAIL FROM OUR GREAT USPS.......................

So grateful to the Brooklyn "USPS" is staffed by best and friendliest employees at this location. I would like to thank Stephany and Ruby for their cheerful service I receive each time I visit to purchase stamps, mail out special packages, etc. Your friendliness makes my day and brings a smile always to me. The staff are fantastic. The line just kept getting longer during my visit and the people behind the counter never wavered in professionalism, positivity, and moving things along as fast as they could.One star less because the wait to ship something was about half an hour. It is NOT a reflection on quality of service or the staff working. This is obviously a lack of appropriate staffing during peak hours.

Completely incompetent. Mail carriers are rude, lazy and speciest. Deliver mail to neighbors constantly. Always make excuses as they are an "auxiliary route" and don't have a consistent carrier...they have a horrible lack luster work ethic. They also hate dogs and label them for no good reason and refuse to deliver mail even if they are secured.
