Horrible service everyone has bad attitude

I hate the post office everywhere. Can't change my address when I have my paper identification from the BMV. Don't have my plastic card to be scanned to change it. So the BMV gives you paper and mail the plastic card to you but if you moved 4 hours away you can't change the address without a plastic card. I believe that's bull crap and the guy didn't want to type in my license number.

Called to ask if I need to pick my package up or if it will be delivered. I could barely hear the woman on the phone and all she did was scream from a distance “I wouldn’t know that!!!”
I also work in customer service so I was polite on the phone, but I really wanted to scream back at that woman. 0/10 stars. 🤞🏻 I get an email or something if I need to pick it up.

James is great at front counter but, if you get the woman to his left. She is rude and very bad at communication or something. Does not listen cuz she’s to busy trying to make it complicated. She just did not care to help. Just throw attitude for no good reason.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, 0% professional, and 100% unnecessary attitude. I called to redirect my package and instantly was met with customer service giving me an attitude and speaking to me in a condescending matter. 0/10 , 1 out of 5 stars.

I had a package and missed the delivery so I signed the paper and taped it to my mailbox…….. they took the slip and didn’t leave the package….. I have NO IDEA what the package was…….

staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I approached the clerk with a very nice attitude all while she was very short with me , rude and was snatching from my hands. Honestly that whole place needs redone from the inside out. If you don’t like your job , get a new one.

2 of my boxes just disappeared not 1 of them were sent to me horrible service don’t use this!! Do not come to this post office all the stuff in that box were about $3,000 worth of cloths and plus the shoes all my Jordans and Nike shoes and my boyfriends shoes gone, avoid it at all costs shipped boxes of cloths through this place they stole all my cloths and it’s been all ova a month now my stuff aren’t here and they lie about why it’s missing and they keep you in a loop of “they will let you know” for so long until they’re like file a claim and all this other stuff. Costumer service and employees that work there are so rude, unprofessional, you will regret taking your stuff here.

This location is always clean and well-stocked with shipping supplies. The window clerk James is always helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond to get everyone taken care of quickly. Everyone is always friendly at this location.

I had a problem with my debit card where I was charged for a transaction that the Post Office said was denied.The clerk James didn't put me off to deal with it on my own but assisted me to get it straightened out.
