I have came over a few times to get mail from po box and the doors are locked when they should be open at 8:30 am going by the hours posted on the door for lobby hrs 6:30am very inconvenient. Please have responsible people for this job.
Have returned plenty of times after this post and seems to be taken care of, thank you for addressing issue!!

The mail carrier in our area, near Valley and 20th, is causing significant issues. She exhibits concerning behavior, including going through our trash and placing it back in our mailboxes. Additionally, she writes “vacant” on mailboxes if residents don’t pick up their mail for a few days, regardless of their actual occupancy. This behavior is disruptive and inappropriate, and it raises concerns about her mental well-being.

I live at ridge views condos on spring. The mail service along with the mail man are the worst. The mail man is so lazy I had to replace the box keep to get packages. The service is so bad he won't deliver anything to the door. The tag is in my mailbox and I almost threw it out. Then it doesn't say to go pick it up and I got lucky and went to.go get my package from Amazon shipped product which doesn't make any sense they used the UPS. I got the manager and he made excuses for the guy after explaining the situation. He's just as big a moron as the mail man. Absolutely Ridiculous situation that should’ve never occurred. I used Amazon not the post service because

Such a great experience every time. Such a vast difference compared to the Brooklyn post office (near Giant Eagle), where they are always in a sour mood and rude. This location is wonderful!

I have never been more upset on trying to get my package delivered, USPS has access to my building and my mailbox and they decided to keep the package and send it somewhere else because no one was home. They should’ve at least called me or sent me an email but instead they sent me text saying “we can’t deliver the package” every customer service agent in this location is terrible and don’t know what to do if someone has a problem with delivery. I still don’t have my package because of them. At this point I would change my address to avoid having my package delivered from this trash of a post office. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!

the entire staff is educated and answers any questions I have or they at least take the time to figure it out together . I've been an eBay seller 20+ years and with their ever changing rules and USPS price spikes every day there's a lot to navigate sometimes.Usually the line moves smoothly unless there's non English speaking customers trying to get money orders or passport application it can slow the line down as I don't think their staff is multi lingual. The fast changing demographic of this area Spanish will be a requirement for hire imo shortly .Only 3 parking spots out front so park out back .

It is a post office. If you call there the phone may possibly ring until you're ready to hang up.The service on the inside is very good. They were very helpful with my needs.Parking can be a bit of a pain. There is very minimal parking out front, but there is a bigger lot in the back.If you happen to like old architecture then this is a really cool building. Stone and marble on the inside.

I came to buy stamps and the service was fast and friendly. There is parking in front and a lot in back. There was no line.

I ordered something for $118 and it came to the USPS location right by my house and stayed there for 9 days! Not only the at but when I got a notification that it got delivered I realized it got delivered to a random address! I tried to call to figure this out and no one it picking up. I’m very frustrated with them.
