My experience with this Distribution Center on Orange Ave is extremely unorganized and bad communication I had an order that was supposed to come Wednesday it was shipping well until it got this distribution center idk if you guys need more worker and. Do investigation on that location because the reviews if very low and bad and people having the same problem as me with this particular center if I don’t get my package by Saturday u guys will get A complaint file for you guys service

Get your S*** together, Orange Avenue!!
My business performance relies on my packages being scanned in a timely fashion (after being picked up from Downtown), and they're not scanned on average up to 4 days after being picked up by the mail carrier!! There was one instance where it wasn't scanned in until after 17 days!! Quite a few times taking up to a week or more!! Why is it so hard to scan packages?! If you're possibly that overwhelmed and unable to scan, hire more workers!! 50% of the time my packages are sent to Akron where they're scanned 1st. What does it take to get better service from this location!??? Not to mention rude and apathetic concern!

My package was moving fine until it arrived at this location. It's currently just sitting there. Do not ship USPS in Cleveland. Go FED EX or UPS instead

How. Exactly HOW can a box of live baby chicks, headed from the Ohio hatchery to 5.5 hours away to PA, GET SHIPPED TO SEATTLE, WASHINGTON? This was a death sentence to the poor chicks, who can only survive (possibly) 72 hours with no food or water or warmth. Someone here dropped the ball-AGAIN. There are 2 other reviews just like mine. Are they literate while sorting the mail? I can't. This is utter BS.

No bike racks here and if you roll your bike or scooter in, when one of the ladies are working, they will give you a hard time. If you are a biker or ride a scooter, I don't recommend this post office. Very rude, even attempted to claim it was post office policy. Only came here because the others were closed at the time. Definitely will be changing my product handling time so that I have more time to ship things out just to avoid this post office.

I use this location for mailing and receiving mail. I’ve had mail lost in every form. Packages scanned delivered inside of the mail truck and then have the mailman on camera driving away with it. Packages dropped off and have never been scanned or moved along in the shipping process. Submitted mail forwarding and have not had the mail properly forwarded.
When going to submit a claim for mail insurance, the supervisor wanted to pay me out of his own pocket and said the amount of my item is more than he usually pays people. I assume this is to avoid paperwork or too many claims from his branch?
I’ve lost over $450 worth of items being sent, received, and forwarded in the last 30 days. These are insured and by the looks of the communication I’m receiving from the branch, it’ll be an awful process to get reimbursed. We need an overhaul at this branch, this is insane!

I had the BEST encounter with a woman named Acy at the post office counter this morning. I was there to purchase a book of stamps. The way that she delivered stellar customer service was quite impressive. I stopped and told her that NOBODY is friendly at a post office counter and NOBODY at the counter has ever given me a binder of choices for a book of stamps. Her binder was organized and intentionally thoughtful. She is a keeper. Such a beautiful spirit in the 8am hour:)

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE. Just go to different usps. The management needs to think properly who they are hiring because the workers work ethics are HORRIBLE. Left with tears. They shouldnt be treating any person like how they treated me just now. DO NOT GO HERE NEVER EVER.

Was here for less than 30 seconds and I’ve met the most rude worker ever. I left with tears. As soon as I walked in, a guy worker greeted me. However, when I told him that I was here for passport services, the female worker next to him told me it was unavailable when the websites literally said walk ins were allowed. They wouldn’t even respond when I tried calling to make sure before driving there, it just moved on to automated message. DO NOT GO HERE. It is going to be your worst experience ever with usps.

My package has been sitting at this location since February 5, 2025 and has not moved. I am about to drive there and retrieve my order as it's now March 1! All I get online or via phone is we have the same tracking info as you, contact the shipper.
