Brandon and the whole team at Urban Orchid were a dream to work with for my wedding! He asked a lot of great questions in our initial consultation to help me figure out exactly what I was going for, and also provided great suggestions for tweaks to help me stay within my budget. Lori was also very quick to answer my questions throughout the planning process.
Everything turned out perfectly - even better than the vision I had in my head! My bouquet was truly beautiful and I received so many compliments on it. I also absolutely loved the flower arch they designed for me (I wish I could have taken it home!).
Overall I am so glad that I chose Urban Orchid for my floral design. They were truly my easiest vendor to work with and did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t have changed anything!

Everyone knows how stressful wedding days can be. Urban Orchid quite literally saved the day! The florals were put on the back burner and our bride was going to DIY them. Last minute the decision was made to go to a florist. Can’t thank them enough because in 2 hours, we had 4 bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages. The flowers were beautiful and fit the vibe of the wedding perfectly for having to use what they had in store. Can’t thank you enough for being so professional and helpful! ❤️

I requested that arrangements be made in gold, brass, and china vessels, some of which were quite small. Lori so graciously worked with me to create beautiful designs all using the containers I provided and ready before the Thanksgiving holiday. If you submit a request through their website be aware their reply might go to your spam folder as it did for me! I would highly recommend this florist and would eagerly order flowers from UO again in the future.

So thankful I called Urban Orchid for the floral arrangements to adorn a retirement party event I was planning at The Market Ave Wine Bar! Lori was fabulous, immediately understanding my need for having several arrangements that would fit with the eclectic vibe and mix of colors in the back room venue there. The arrangements were just beautiful and received many comments from our guests. Thanks so much, Lori, for taking the stress out of the process for me, for being so friendly and helpful, and providing us with lovely floral arrangements that added just the right softness and beauty to our event!

The absolute most beautiful and creative floral arrangements in this area! I have used them for work events, funerals, weddings, and my own personal home, and every time, Brandon and his team knock it out of the park. Plus, their gift shops have many local items that make for fun and unique gifts along with their flowers and plants.

I am so impressed with my first experience using Urban Orchid! It seems almost impossible to find a really good florist anymore, especially for anything last minute. I ordered an arrangement via Doordash for a last minute gift. I was not hopeful (I mean I used Doordash to order and gave little preferences) but wow, was I pleasantly suprised! And it was delivered in under two hours after placing the order. A beautiful, quality arrangement!

My husband and I selected Urban Orchid to do our florals for our wedding in August. To say we were absolutely blown away would be an understatement. Jeff, Brandon, Lori and the entire Urban Orchid team went above and beyond from our initial inquiry to the wedding day! They are extremely knowledgeable and take great pride in every detail of their work! Everything was just breathtaking! We highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for helping making our wedding day a dream come true!

More than a just a full service florist, this little gem of a store is a combo gift shop / plant store / florist with a very urban vibe. The owner has managed to procure some very beautiful items at every price point — handmade baskets, jewelry and unique decor such as mirrors, kitchen towels, many Cleveland-centric gifts. Even their bathroom was beautiful! The lady at the register was pleasant and patient with all my questions. There is off-street parking in the back and an entrance to the store from the back, so very convenient.
