I arrived at the store at 10 a.m. on Saturday, 10/26, as their hours indicate they’re open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. I needed to mail a package, but the store wasn’t open, and when I called again at 12:45 p.m., it was still closed. This lack of reliability is frustrating and unprofessional, especially since I now have to wait until Monday to mail my package.

Customer service!!! The most kind and courteous people ever. They are terrific ambassadors for the UPS brand. I am delighted to give this UPS Store two thumbs up and my highest recommendation. Customer service is the most important thing in this industry, and this store provides it in abundance and with a smile!!! I am SO VERY impressed by their care and concern toward their customers. I felt valued and respected. A WONDERFUL TEAM!!!

Store6919 is incredible! I’ve never once had an issue and the team is always considerate and patient. I’m especially thankful that this location is always clean and organized. I will even drive out of my way to support this location. Store6919 is the goat!

Nachi and his colleagues are super understanding of the needs of their customers. I had to send a package using online instructions, and Nachi took some time to read through the instructions and then provided me the best possible way to get my shipment through successfully. They’re super friendly, and the store is clean, and well-maintained!
