I would give this no stars!!!!!!!! They keep coming to put a paper on my door without even knocking and when I sat outside an entire day!!!! They didn’t even come when they said they were arriving… so pathetic. The online feature to change your delivery information doesn’t even work or load so there’s literally nothing you can do….

They say sign a paper and they can leave your package so I did my paper never got taken off my door and I missed my package again they don’t call if they need directions what is the point of adding your number?!? Worst experience with deliveries yet

The five stars are for the customer service person. She worked through multiple customer issues and maintain a great attitude and tried to be helpful to everyone.

3 of us waited several minutes before someone even came to the counter. I asked if I could pick up my item instead of it being delivered tomorrow. I was told no as it's sitting on some truck (allegedly sitting on a truck in the parking lot for 2 days). You can't call and talk with anyone on the phone. If that was a possibility, I wouldn't have had to waste my time driving to UPS and being told they can't do anything about retrieving my item. Just awful "customer support ". Sad....

Do not trust 4+ reviews! Just lost another package and closed my Claim without even contacting me. Told me to talk to a shipper. WHY??? They don't even want to investigate what happened. This is the worst delivery company imo

Hours said open Saturday 11-6:30 pm. At 1:34 pm everything was locked up and dark inside.

The most unpleasant experience. One has to pay for them to do less work by coming into the station and pick up the package themselves. They won't setup pickup over the phone, have to use online service, which doesn't effing work nor give options that are convenient for the customer and you have to pay for that. What has happened with this company ???
