My packaged arrived at 9am and just sat there TWO DAYS. No further updates. Not being delivered. It's just sitting there. Absolutely ridiculous. I Hate that the shipper uses UPS, let alone going through This facility. Packages always sit for days. And calling gets you in an endless automated loop. Major improvements need to be made.

The website is not good, their call center is even worse. It would be better if they had some humans to contact at the call center.

This posting and review are for the daily delivery drivers. I do not understand how a package that is clearly marked: PUT ON BACK PORCH winds up at my front door. It seems as if UPS is the only company that cannot read the package before it’s left. If I wanted my packages to arrive at the front door, I wouldn’t have the shipper mark the box. I am very disappointed in UPS for not taking care of this sooner. Maybe now after writing a review they will take my request seriously.

Cannot call them and speak to a human to determine if I can ship a large package. Automated voicemail is junk: no calls back, no representative answering the phone. Will mlt ship with UPS

They got my package somebody in UPS put my ZIP code as my address and it was held up there for 3 days that little sticker on the side of the big sticker that my supplier sent me was a different address on that little white sticker I hope I'm explaining it right there's a big inconvenience but the gentleman were smart intelligent and you knew what to do and he got me my box

Couldn't tell you because the phone number got me trapped in an automated voice message system that insisted I needed to tell them the reason for my call before allowing me to speak to a representative, couldn't understand anything I said, and gave me no options that fit my needs.
UPS must think it's saving them money to filter this out but all it did was inspire me to use FedEx instead.
Get rid of the robot and just let us talk to someone

Cool place, easy to dand, staff is friendly, service is fast; there’s usually parking right in front of the entrance and they have dollies for you to use in case you have a bigger order

I will do everything in my power not to use UPS again. I ordered a package on a Friday, from amazon. Was suppose to be delivered 2 days later, got pushed back to that Monday. Then was delayed again until Wednesday. Then the shipper had to reship the product overnight. It is now Friday and they they still have yet to receive it at Middleburg Hts facility even though it says it arrived. So much for a fast services....overpaid union workers right there
