Can't follow simple Instruction and you spend hours in the automated phone to talk to someone from another country to tell them 1 sentence. Then you have to create an account to send an email. Ridiculous

I took my son there, he was informed his package was ready, when we arrived and checked...it wasn't there. Apparently, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.

I really wish I could choose to have my stuff shipped FEDEX or DHL. Im now out of luck on my Cellphone because some lazy driver didn't feel like delivering it. We were home, 2 cars in the driveway, no signature required, quick knock and before the wife could walk from the next room over the driver was in thier truck with a "sorry we missed you" written up and on my door. POS driver had no intention to deliver the package. this location I'm commenting on, is at the end of my street "Rathbun Ave". I'm so passed right now. I guess CVS gets to hold my package. Cuz customer service put me on hold 10 minutes ago.

Never had problem until now.The driver saying there is no such address the package is undeliverable.I'm like what I've been getting packages for years at this address.I mean so what the address has faded but I still would receive my packages.SMH

I don’t order anything often when I do it’s something that I need. This is the second time UPS has held my packages in a yr the auto system stated the correct address once I finally got customer ( did this yesterday thought it was resolved) Joey was super helpful today. Unfortunately the substation is closed until 3 pm. But I will go an get it myself as soon as they open today. Thks again Joey 5⭐️’s for u!

The driver determined for me that I want to hold my package at the customer center without even notice me! And the tracking shows that I requested the hold, which I NEVER did!The package is from Amazon and does not require any signature, but still have not been delivered.The opening time for this customer center is super short during my work time and its far from my home. Very angry about this experience with UPS!

My delivery was scheduled for Friday. UPS didn't even knock on my door just left a paper. Call them few times. They didn't do anything. I called them around 9pm and they promised me that it will be delivered on Saturday (next day) between 9-10pm Couple hours later, they changed delivery for Monday Nov 7 When I called on Saturday. I did follow my package on UPS app on Friday and got a lot of screenshots as proof that it was out for delivery. But everything was cleared on there end like it never left the building my package was lost after it was out for delivery (stolen). Next day UPS deleted all tracking history for that package. DISAPPOINTED

Ordered new laptop from Amazon for Saturday 3 Dec delivery , checked all week even on Friday...still scheduled for Saturday.Found note on my door Friday evening...re-deliver on Monday.Called customer service paid $7 to pick up at E68 center .."we will notify you on its arrival " checked Satuday ok..its there waiting..CLOSED!! I'll be gone Monday.NO Notifications from UPS, Amazon about Friday delivery!!Now Amazon says it's canceled!!I needed it last week.I know UPS sends notification of pending delivery ...but!

Shame on this UPS facility. This is the second time they have "left" my package behind. I paid for overnight shipping, they said it would be delivered by noon,... then it was out for delivery and all of a sudden now there is a delay...
