It's disrespectful, unacceptable, and unprofessional to not follow up with customers to ensure quality service was provided from any company. I've been waiting for 3 months to hear from someone from UPS Management Team regarding delivery concerns/issues with packages received. Customer Support is at this point: not helpful at all as they'll just make the claim on my behalf... Until someone from Management actually cares enough about the entire job roll they committed to and deep dives and follows up with customers... Delivery Drivers do whatever they want to on your property and no one cares - this is bad business!
7/29/2024 - Update:
I received an email from management with a callback number was asked to call to discuss setting up the My Choice delivery instructions (I've already filled this out btw VIA web browser and UPS mobile app). When I called the callback number... it just rings, theres no UPS voicemail prompt, no UPS initial call narrator-bot. As a customer I feel like I've wasted money (twice now) on the My Choice Service and UPS doesn't care about me as a customer, only profiting as a business. My rating remains the same: 1/10 until I see improvement.

Ups can not ship a package from Columbus, Ohio, to Cleveland ohio in 1 day.

Can't follow simple Instruction and you spend hours in the automated phone to talk to someone from another country to tell them 1 sentence. Then you have to create an account to send an email. Ridiculous

I took my son there, he was informed his package was ready, when we arrived and checked...it wasn't there. Apparently, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.

I really wish I could choose to have my stuff shipped FEDEX or DHL. Im now out of luck on my Cellphone because some lazy driver didn't feel like delivering it. We were home, 2 cars in the driveway, no signature required, quick knock and before the wife could walk from the next room over the driver was in thier truck with a "sorry we missed you" written up and on my door. POS driver had no intention to deliver the package. this location I'm commenting on, is at the end of my street "Rathbun Ave". I'm so passed right now. I guess CVS gets to hold my package. Cuz customer service put me on hold 10 minutes ago.

Never had problem until now.The driver saying there is no such address the package is undeliverable.I'm like what I've been getting packages for years at this address.I mean so what the address has faded but I still would receive my packages.SMH
