I hate this location. They never scan packages to go out in time and this is the second time this has happened. First time they lost over 20k in merch and said it's was my fault. Worse thing that happened last year and all ups did was give me $100 for 20k in lost merch.
Now this time they did even scan them in to go out TONIGHT. last time this happened and I kept calling they just kept saying it was not thee. When you guys never scanned it in. I do not recommend this place. The employees are lazy and rude.

They did an excellent job packing college memorabilia to send to my best friend from college. My Mom has shipped framed art from this location as well and everything always arrives safely without damage. Highly recommend!

I have my account set to deliver my packages to a preferred access point and I am never charged. Today this location charged me $30 for a feature my UPS account allows! Upon pickup the screen actually showed zero charged, but the store representative entered some information charging me $30.00…I will avoid visiting this location in the future!

The customer service person was friendly. However, why would you offer online appointments if you’re not going to be able to fulfill them? I set my appointment for 10 and got a confirmation. When I arrived, I was told the notary doesn’t come till 11. It’s a waste of peoples time.
