I am so glad to be seeing a rheumatologist there. Very caring people. Staff is Efficient. Lab services and pharmacy on location. Phlebotomists are excellent and I know because I was oneAll I could wish for would be a printed summary of the visit. I'm going to keep going even tho it's a 40 minute drive for me.

Absolutely horrible. They called to Cancel my appointment the day of only 4 hours prior. If you take any medication and are looking for a new doctor I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere that’s more reliable… I’d never recommend this place to anyone I know.

Low rent staff. Do your jobs. I tried to schedule an appointment in person and the staff acted like I was imposing on them. No bedside manner at all. Zero stars ? Needless to say I will be sticking with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Shame on UH. I tried to give them a chance. Terrible disappointments.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a doctor that left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the quality of care provided. Despite seeking medical help for my what I was there for, this doctor showed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to demonstrate any genuine concern or empathy towards my situation.During my visit, the doctor appeared disinterested and rushed, paying little attention to the details of my symptoms and medical history. Their lack of thoroughness was evident as they failed to ask relevant questions or conduct a proper examination. This left me feeling unheard and dismissed, with my concerns left unaddressed.Furthermore, the doctor's dismissive attitude towards my condition was both unhelpful and concerning. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment to patient care.Professionalism is a fundamental aspect of the medical field, and it is crucial for doctors to show empathy, actively listen, and provide appropriate guidance. Unfortunately, this doctor failed to meet these basic expectations. As a result, I left the appointment feeling frustrated, anxious, and unsupported.I strongly urge anyone seeking quality medical care to avoid this doctor. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for patients' well-being are simply unacceptable. It is essential to find a healthcare provider who prioritizes the well-being of their patients and demonstrates the necessary professionalism and expertise to provide adequate care.In conclusion, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. It is essential that we hold healthcare professionals to high standards of professionalism and compassion, and regrettably, this doctor fell far short of those expectations.

Yes the front desk staff was very rude and uneducated on insurance! They request an 100 dollars copay and as a uh employee and know the terms of my plan i know i dont have a 100 dollar copay.. she tried to refuse me service because i refused to pay. She stated she needed to call her supervisor to see if i could be seen.. very unprofessional.. i will be contacting patient advocacy.. the care i recieved by provider and back office staff was great!! The front staff was rude and unprofessional

Had to wait over an hour with an appointment. Asked the staff to send the results to my UH urologist. However the report never was documented because they are not affiliated with UH. Today called for results and someone from the office will call me back. Due the past experiences …. I can’t be sure that will take place!!! Very unhappy with how this office is run….or not run!

Well I at first I gave a good review about the doctor but now that I spoke with my pcp and he said in her notes she said she’s declined treatment which it totally untrue. She checked me told me what she think is wrong and told me to contact my pcp for a Requisition form to get a ultrasound because they only do X-rays in urgent care so how is that me declining treatment? I’m so confused. But I still am a fan of uh I wish Dr. Cruz was still there kruz

Clinical staff were very friendly. Reception staff wasn’t welcoming, I came in no greeting or instructions, the next person was greeted and asked if she wanted to scan in or fill out a slip. There were 5 people ahead of me however when I finally got called I waited at least 45 minutes.

After the wait in the lobby, I saw my nurse & was seen by the nurse practitioner lasting about 30 mins ? pleasantly quick!!

Took away one star because the online check in didn't fully load for me until I was already back in the room but the staff were incredible. I was there with my 2 year old and they were so friendly and engaging with him. They were patient and kind and definitely my first choice if I ever need an urgent care again.
