I paid off my phone months ago. US Cellular says my phone is unlocked. It is NOT unlocked. I called the store. They were not helpful. Now I don't have service, so I was using their online chat. That person was not helpful. All he could say was it was unlocked on their side. Now, I have a phone with no service and no one willing to help.

I bought a Iphone from him for almost $200. I was having problems connecting my iCloud to the new number and ended up having to make 3 or 4 trips back to the store trying to get help with my phone. I politely and patiently waited for him to finish with his other customers. Only for him to immediately scream and yell at me with his dismissive and condescending attitude speaking to me as if I was a his child without a brain! While trying to explain to him what the problem was he continued to cut me off and dismissed me telling me to get out of his store. Then had the NERVE to threaten to call the police on me!!! Made up a LIE saying that I now owed him $50 more dollars and to pay him $50 for him to help me or get out. I was absolutely blabber gasted, left the store almost in tears because I just couldn’t believe what was happening. So DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. HE SEEMS TO THINK HE CAN THREATEN BLACK WOMEN WITH CALLING THE POLICE ( in this day and age, 2024) ON THEM JUST FOR ASKING FOR HELP WITH A PHONE THAT HE SOLD!!! He will take your money then treat you like $&@+ once you need help with the phone.
