Everything is fake and Horrible cooperation. I got my iPad and AirPods together the AirPods were fake and my sister got beats and they were fake we asked for a refund and he said half price. HORRIBLE place do not recommend I recommend the place down the street!

I paid off my phone months ago. US Cellular says my phone is unlocked. It is NOT unlocked. I called the store. They were not helpful. Now I don't have service, so I was using their online chat. That person was not helpful. All he could say was it was unlocked on their side. Now, I have a phone with no service and no one willing to help.
