I'm so sorry to the other two men because I didn't ask their names, but Joe and the other guys were absolutely amazing! This was my first time using a professional moving company, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I requested an estimate, Two Men and Truck were wonderful. James sent several email reminders and asked if I needed to change anything. Joe and the guys were on time and had my studio cleared in no time. They all were so friendly and even helped me move things that I had packed in my car to move myself! 100% recommend Two Men and a Truck! Thank you all so much for making this a great moving experience!

Dan and his team were totally professional and patient with me as we navigated clearing out of a room for a renovation project. They preserved our wood furniture and carefully moved and arranged everything wisely. They went above and beyond to move and reset up a refrigerator so that we can use it during the renovation. Very pleasant to have at the house, and will definitely request them again!

Two Men and Truck were so very helpful! They made a stressful move much easier than anticipated. They went above and beyond and even helped me change my allergy mattress cover on a very heavy mattress! I highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time I used 2 Men & A Truck and I can't imagine using another company for any future moving needs. The guys who did my move were fantastic! Fast, courteous, and not 1 thing was found to be broken as boxes were unpacked. They took apart and put back together an office desk and queen size beds and placed furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted in various rooms of the house. I highly recommend 2M&AT if you're looking for reliable, efficient and professional movers. Plus...they quoted a better price than 2 other quotes received.

HUGE thank you to my movers Ronald, Christopher, Brendan, and Aaron today moving from Cleveland to North Ridgeville. I can’t say enough about their work ethic - they were so professional, beyond polite, communicative, careful with all of our heavy antique furniture, and genuinely seemed to get along with each other and work well as a team. They were careful to plastic or blanket wrap all of our furniture to keep it clean and ding-free, no walls or doors sustained any dings along the way, and they were so quick with any disassembly and reassembly. Worth their weight in gold, please consider this team (and save your back!) for your next move.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was good at first. The team of three men unloaded our home quickly, including taking apart large storage racks. They were friendly and helpful, and seemed confident that the job would require 4-5 hours--which is what we initially booked. I will note, however, they didn't wrap any of our furniture as we were told would occur.
When it came time to unload the truck and move into our new home, it seems there was a change. Instead of the total job taking 5 hours, it took 7. And not all of the tasks we were anticipating assistance with were completed. It's unclear why--maybe they were simply just growing tired--but there were several issues:
- They seemed to begin working *much* more slowly and less efficiently. I noticed on several occasions members of the team carrying one small item, when they could have carried an additional box or object.
- Boxes that were marked to be placed in a specific room were often misplaced, often on the wrong floor.
- When carrying a large mat downstairs, they dragged it along the wall and left a substantial dirt and grime mark that covered about 5 feet of wall. It needed to be cleaned and repainted. We had to request a discount for this, it was not immediately offered.
- Most importantly, part of our package was a plan to have their assistance with reassembling the storage racks. Before they left, I asked them why they thought this move took substantially more time. They said it was "because of the storage racks." After they left I was surprised to find that *none* of the storage racks were assembled. I am honestly confused as to how the move took 2-3 hours longer than anticipated, and they still didn't finish the job as requested in our original quote.
In the future, we are going to source our own team of movers through a provider like U-Haul. We have had better experiences at a better price point than ours with Two Men and a Truck.

From beginning to end, Two Men and a Truck were great to work with. From the initial and easy to fill out form on their site to get a quote, to speaking with the sales staff (and taking any changes I had to make to the service), to the move itself, I was at ease through the whole process. Would recommend to anyone who needs to move.
