Nice and clean when you walk in, mouse feces and urine when you move out
I was a commercial tenant for 2 years paying about 2k per month combined, which they forced to be spread across several different accounts refusing to combine them into a single payment and charging me fees on each account.
Moved out 10/31/23 leaving all of my units in perfect rentable condition. Amber promised my security deposit would be returned quickly to me, I did everything that was ever asked of me yet 5 months later today 3/1/24 they still have my money that was legally supposed to be returned to me within 30 days. I have visited the office several times, and even been sent to 2 different post offices searching for my missing refund. That was over a month ago now. The entire experience has been dehumanizing. And beware of the mice, they have had a problem with and been aware of them for the duration of my time there in both triskett road and breakwater locations, yet they never allowed me to have a trash dumpster even though other tenants did.
Update July 2024, they're still illegally withholding my security deposit with zero effort to resolve.

Love it!! The leasing agent that helped me was amazing she explained everything and answered every question I asked. The storage there is super nice and clean. I love the fact of it being indoors and you can still drive up to your space. If I could give this place a 10 I would ☺️

I have used this storage company several times it's a clean ,super dry storage unit to put your personal belongings in .Daniele took care of me at the front desk at this visit . Climate controlled and outdoor units either way your belongings are safe . Nice prices as well,with specials.

I need a storage unit for a few months and needed security. The Manager was excellent and well prepared and made the process extremely easy.Of course in this economy everything is sky high pricing! I needed it.Very clean and Very secure ?.

Was a customer here for a year; they even switched management while I was here. No complaints. Always quick to help when an issue arises and goes out of their way to help if necessary. Very friendly staff as well - I’m happy I chose to entrust them with my belongings while I searched for a new home!
