Great jogging path with wonderful views of the city, river and bridges. A little hilly to get the heart pumping. Great for biking and just a nice stoll.

Love the towpath around the Cleveland area. There a number of paths and connections to other roads that you can make it any distance you want. Especially like the segment along the river and up the hill into Tremont. Feels like a park a bit despite being just outside the city. In the Tremont spot, there is some picnic tables and grill...but mostly just trail.Picnic area: Only picnic area I have seen is just outside Tremont. There is a couple tables, a grill and a drinking fountain.

Easily accessible. Ends at the fire station at one end and steelyard commons at the other. Good parking at steelyard and abbey Rd. Smooth, well maintained, I use for rollerblading mostly

Many interesting photo opportunities. Vintage Cleveland juxstaposed against newer construction. Vegetation reclaiming the area which adds color. Hidden areas ripe for exploration

I often bring out of town riders to checkout this path. It winds in and out of the city and the burbs. Most of it is asphalt but there are some sections that are smooth dirt and gravel in the forest that makes the trail beautiful and easy for everyone to enjoy.
