This was my first trip to Todd's Jewelers and I am now a customer for life. His knowledge of watches and service is superior to anyone, I've found. He was able to service my Zodiac watch and have it back to perfect working condition, while I waited (and for less than the quoted price). Amazing jeweler with unique items and personalized service, do yourself a favor and visit Todd's first.

I’ve been going to Todd’s for many years for all of my jewelry needs. From watch batteries to an engagement ring, he’s provided amazing service at very reasonable prices. My engagement ring is from 1926 and absolutely stunning - he was able to find a lab diamond in an old miner’s cut that looks period authentic (and without any worry that it is or was a blood diamond.)
His antique/vintage selection is wonderful and it’s a joy to shop somewhere that really appreciates the style and craftsmanship of the older pieces. We’re customers for life!

Very friendly service. No hard sales pitch. Clearly very passionate about watches and jewelry. If you’re in the market for a Seiko or need your watch serviced, this is the best place I’ve found in NE Ohio.
Makes a difference to see the watch on your hand before buying it and talking to Todd you can tell he loves what he does which is always a pleasure to be around.

My fiancée and I stopped in to have our engagement and wedding rings cleaned, resized and appraised. The rings are both family heirlooms worn by our respective grandparents so they are of extreme sentimental value.
Todd and Julie could not have been more wonderful through the entire process! We were greeted instantly and felt like the center of attention through the whole process. They helped us pick perfect sizes (I didn’t know there was a 9.75!) and took beautiful care in the cleaning and restoration of the rings. They also provided a comprehensive appraisal for a small fee which we gladly accepted.
My grandfathers ring once had a white gold coating in the channel which had completely worn away, but Todd was able to identify it instantly. He restored the channel and all of the rings look as beautiful as brand new. The prongs on my fiancées engagement ring had worn down thin, and Todd replaced them all to keep the diamond safe and secure for the foreseeable future.
The prices for all of the restoration and resizing were more than reasonable, and their commitment to the craft and dedication to service have made us lifelong customers. Thank you Todd and Julie!

This is a first class run small business! Todd & his staff are beyond friendly, professional, & engaging
It’s rare these days to find services that go above & beyond expectations. I was visiting from LA & wanted to get some unique Silver pieces repaired & resized for convenience, fair pricing, & care. Todd knocked it out of the park. Anyone I meet in Hollywood or Las Vegas. I’m actually going to suggest they send in their needs to him & his store since his attention to detail, time spent with customers, & authentic care is rare. I won’t go anywhere else

I went to Todd’s for the first time today to look at wedding bands with my fiancé. He turned a cocktail ring given to my fiancés grandmother by his grandfather into a gorgeous and delicate engagement ring, and will use the leftover stones in my wedding band. He was incredibly helpful, had great suggestions, and gave a family heirloom new life. He also looked at and gave information about another ring that my future MIL gave us to take in, and was very knowledgeable about not only estate jewelry, but Victorian era jewelry from England, hallmark stamps, and other historic pieces as well!

When my girlfriend (now fiancee!) and I were starting to look at rings, we stopped at Todd's first because it was close by. We knew we wanted to buy local, but we were planning on getting quotes and shopping around. After our first meeting with Todd we knew we didn't need to do any more shopping. His knowledge of and enthusiasm for his craft is a rarity these days; he made it clear that his goal was just to make us happy. He was super patient and kind as we looked at different designs, styles, etc. and custom-made a ring that my fiancee absolutely adores. 100% will be going back here for wedding bands.

Todd converted a vintage watch into an opal bracelet for me, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! My bracelet looks like it was made this way. The process took some time, but only because Todd was meticulous and made sure no detail was overlooked. Definitely recommend!

Todd was incredible to work with and I'd highly recommend visiting him for your watch and jewelry needs. I came in wanting to purchase a watch but didn't know exactly what I wanted, and Todd took the time to explain all of the options and patiently allowed me to try on as many as I wanted. He stayed after closing to put a different band on the watch and then adjusted the links right on the spot. You won't get this type of service ordering online or going to the bigger department stores. Thanks Todd!

We highly recommend Todd for all your jewelry and watch needs. He helped me find the perfect band to go with my engagement ring which was my grandma's. Todd also helped my husband find a black band that he wanted for his wedding ring. Todd goes above and beyond doing research to find what works best for each individual person and at the best price.
