I will never rent a car from this place, they took my deposit without any explanation, when I inquired they claimed smoked damage they lied I've rented cars for years never a problem until I rented from Thrifty

I see the 2.9 trying to save a bit of money first agent I spoke with told me someone would be there for pick up after hours 3rd agent tells me there’s no one there for pick up…. Could have made other arrangements if I wasn’t told someone would be there.
