Been staying at luckman for past 5 years. It’s an incredible apartment, the staff is nice and polite. They do hear you well and find solutions if there are any problem. The leasing manager is super helpful, she is the best.

I have lived here for over a year, and have just renewed my lease. The building has certainly gone through its fair share of challenges, however there has been a remarkable improvement over the past few months. I can vouch for this building being true value for money despite certain negative reviews

Roaches. No AC. Smelly building. Dirty units. Broken elevators. Unfinished maintenance left a floor-to-ceiling hole in the wall through which the neighboring apartment can see directly into my bedroom. Did I mention the roaches?
