Have moved about seven times professionally. These guys were among the best I've ever encountered. In my move from Columbus to Ohio, they moved a five-bedroom house worth of stuff with damage to only one side table. The crews on both ends cared about us and our belongings. They also were very respectful and had a great sense of humor (with me and together), making the move a more relaxing and positive experience. Will work with them on my next move, if possible.

Lincoln/Bekins movers are truly some of the best! There's so much information provided beyond what is included in the move, like helpful tips and how to prepare. Their crews are precise and efficient, getting customers in their new homes with no worries. I would 100% recommend them for any out of state moves. Can't say enough about the professionalism and quality they provide!

Lincoln is a great local storage and moving company whether you need a mover within the Strongsville area, throughout Cleveland or across the country. The team is considerate and takes great care of their clients. DEFINITLY recommend.

Did not have a pleasant experience. It took two guys 4 hours to move a 2 bedroom unit out of storage. I wouldn't even be upset about the 4 hour time, except they didn't put any of the furniture together. Just left the pieces in certain places. When I called the office, I was told that is a service I have to ASK for...? I cannot comprehend why someone would pay for a moving service and then not have them assemble furniture that the same moving company disassembled. So I spent $600 for a job half done and now I have to pay someone else to put it all together. 2/10 would not reccomend.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW! 1.) Lincoln Moving & Storage uses other companies such as Parma Moovers for residential and you are not actually being moved by Lincoln Moving & Storage. 2.) There is very little to no protection of floors, stairs, etc. from damage. The move was done on 2 rainy days and the carpets had to be cleaned at both homes due to carpet wet stains and dirt. 3.) The moving guys worked extremely hard, however there was no real concern for placement and damage. 4.) MOST IMPORTANTLY, pay attention to the details as it pertains to WHAT IF YOU HAVE damages. They cover themselves by offering you free insurance at 60 cents on the dollar not of value but of weight. Then when their is damage they have unrealistic weights that they go buy. Sure they give you options to buy really really expensive insurance, but that isn't even at replacement value.In summary the guys doing the work are work horses, however their isn't much care for your stuff. In my specific scenario I had a leather sectional that was $10,500 purchased new and the leather was torn. WELL, their answer was to say that that one piece of the sectional weighed 210lbs so they offered to pay me $180.00. I couldn't buy one of the pillows for that amount.

Professionalism, attention to detail, careful work and friendliness - you guys made everything work. Jim, Ted, Cordell, Rob, Samantha - thank you all for the care you took with every step of the move. From scheduling, to the actual move day, to your kind follow up - I can't thank you enough. Moving is so much. I'll recommend you to anyone I know who is moving - home or business. "Ted, Rob and Cordell are the hardest working guys in the moving business!" said my father - it's true. You guys rock!
