Love this place! Huge lofts, it’s downtown (which is a huge plus). Decent gym and it’s connected to a wonderful grocery store! You don’t even have your leave your building. As I stated you’re already downtown, so you’re near the theaters, restaurants, shops, comedy clubs, etc.. You can also walk to the waterfront (which also has some fabulous restaurants).

I don't live there but I have family that does.... They have by far the worst security in the entire neighborhood... One family member had his car broken into via a broken window. Not once but twice!!!!!.... Nothing on film... Last week two family members who live in the building had each of their cars stolen right out of the parking lot. Both Jeeps... A third vehicle was stolen also that night... Wouldn't you think the gated parking lot would have a gate that locked or a camera that worked? Gave them one star because you can't give them zero..

Applied. Approved but given the constant runaround. I wonder if its just me they don't want in their building. Not interested anymore. I feel like because of my to be blunt race I have 2 jump through hoops to get them to lease 2 me.

Gabby was warm, kind, knowledgeable, and amazing. She knows that property well. Even more than that, she understands people. You can't teach customer service. She has that and more. We were very comfortable, and that's not always the case. We are black and a part of the LGBTQ community. To be seen ..to be offered water.. coffee..to just be treated as people.. Without any judgment, it was amazing and epic. We will be for sure applying. They are doing a great deal right here. From the concierge people to the people we met who lived there, everyone was nice. Even maintenance (Olivia) who opened the balcony door for us. In one of the apartment homes we viewed. The floor plans are amazing, lighting is incredible , lots of space, and so much more. Thanks again to everyone.

Lived here for 3 years. Staff and maintenance feels like a community. Very friendly and quick to answer any questions.

I have lived at the Bingham for 6-7 months now. I have had 0 issues or complaints since moving in! My 2 bed/2 bath unit was exactly like the pictures, and it has a unique warehouse feel to it. Moving in was so easy (besides moving furniture up 6 floors) thanks to the staff. I often see the maintenance/front desk staff walking around and they are extremely friendly, pet-oriented people.They often host events for the residents and it’s great! Not to mention the built in grocery store downstairs. It’s a life saver!

This is my 3rd year staying at the Bingham and I plan on renewing my contract again next year. The rooms give off a retro vibe that is extremely classy, and I’m not even in one of the penthouses. Public amenities are A1 as well from the Starbucks espresso machine to the enormous lobby with an 80” TV. Constantinos supermarket is also connected to the first floor, which makes grocery shopping super convenient. They also have so many options for hot meals and mto food. If you’re considering moving downtown I’d check this place out forsure.
