The worst car experience I’ve ever had, my car left with more damage than when I took it there which is unfortunate. On top of being heavily overcharged. 0/10 experience.

Worst Experience. Worst place. By looking at other people experiences and my experience, this place is just too scam people.
Charged me $120 just to run OBD meter and said he will work on car. I had car over there for 4 days and he didn’t even touch. Didn’t answer call.
When I reach there, he started acting like babies and shouting. Shouting for what? God knows. I left without debating.
Save your time and money. Avoid this place even in emergency.

I have going to Ted's for years. I believe that their prices are reasonable. They are accommodating in my toughest times. My only issue is that they are never done at the time they said would be. Overall, good place for those that are on a budget.

I'd give those guys a zero if I could.I took a vehicle down there, and without giving too much info away,he completely RIPPED me off.His shop accidentally over charged me almost a $1000.00. Then I called the owner about it, we talked about it over the phone, and he agreed to pay it back to me. No problem,He asked me to simply come to down to the shop to pick the money up.When I got there...He literally AND childishly "pretended" like he didn't know what I was talking about and started to act loud and irate as a deflection, almost as a way to get me to leave.It was the most ridiculous "act" I had ever seen, in my life.I could not believe how this guy was acting, (a grown man, by the way)I just left and figured this is not even worth the headache or hassle,He's refusing to give my money back, and If I sue this guy I would just cost me even more money to do so,and even if I won he still more than likely wouldn't pay.That guy is a true SCUMBAG and I'll NEVER do business with that place again.

My first experience was cool but this time he seem to take to long to do what they suppose to or they put your car last shouldn’t have to pay anything until work is done don’t use them I will never use them again and they customer service is garbage

I would give him a zero star if it existed. We run a well established and reputable diesel repair shop down the road. We took one of our fleet clients to Ted because he’s our neighbor. He has had the truck for 8 months torn into pieces. I suspect he has no clue what he is doing. Do not bring your vehicle here. Save yourself the stress.

If U see this runnnnnnn! Don’t use them at all .. Please don’t use they service they will play you out your money I went there for a issue it wasn’t fixed and they lied about it the worst service ever and if I can help anyone else from getting they car missed up or ripped off I will please don’t use them

Take it from me don't go here ,owner has Crack heads,and drunks working on ur vehicle, came in for body work left with electrical problems pieces and parts missing, insanely unprofessional, call for my car and phone was disconnected, Ted's is a clown shop

I got my car towed there to put an alternator in, they added a few things to it that I guess might be wrong with the car. The only concern I had is the up charging I saw in previous reviews. That wasn’t so much the issue. The issue is they call me the next day telling me not only will they not do my car until I pay which is not something I felt comfortable with but that the original estimated time it was going to be done was changed. Actually they told me it wasn’t going to even get touched the day they said it’d be done. The man is on the phone was very rude and hung up on me after yelling (actually raising his voice) at me to grab my car because they won’t put up with “childish games”. This experience matched up with all the reviews I’ve been reading and I cannot risk my car being stuck there for weeks. I’m just asking for an estimated time it will be done because transportation with 2 kids has been rough lately. I strongly urge anyone who considers going to them to steer away.

Ted told me pay half up front pay the rest after works complete 3 months after bs me about parts an whatever else excuse he thinks of I try to get car an money back. I have to go to police station now because still no money finally got car back please find somewhere else to take your car ted is not a nice person an will rip you off

My sons car has been sitting there for months.. he gives me the run around and keep saying he is going to fix it. Still nothing.. car still there and he is avoiding me and my calls.
