The only Positive is the low price but you get what you pay for. I had to contact the facility to be opened when I wanted to get my RV and only during weekday business hours and they frequently failed to show up when requested. When I returned from a trip I found my dedicated space had been used for someone else which took several weeks to resolve. On two occasions I found body damage that wasn't there when I dropped off. I shared this with the owner and got no response. I do not recommend if you value your vehicle.

I have used this place fore 2 yrs storing a vehicle, no issues and friendly, even helped load my vehicle, would recommend to any one looking for a good cheap place for storage

Best storage facility I have used. My truck was stored there for years and the owner was very personable and really helped me out. Forest always made sure he was available to open the garage if I needed to come. Great spot. Will continue to do business with them.

Wish I could do 0 stars. I rented this as a college student to store my items during the summer. Called multiple times about the rates and was given the quote. I had everything paid in full. Once it came to August when I had to pick up my things, the owner (I believe his name is Joe) refused to open the unit unless I paid extra. The previous day my mother already paid $100 to complete these hidden fees. He said everything is paid for and we are good. The next day I went back because I forgot items there and he ADDED ANOTHER $100. Not only did he refuse to open it without money, he was VERY NASTY. Claiming that I was stealing from him and threatening to call my parents when I was right there to discuss the issue with him as an adult. Said many rude, disgusting things to me and my friend that was present. Never go here. I am never recommending any business to them and will report it to neighboring universities because the owner admitted to only coming in August to collect pay. He says he is never there unless it is when all college students start to pick up there items. Absolutely disgusting business practice.

I was not treated with respect by anyone. From the owner Joe, down to their staff Forest. They were eager to get my business. But, it was all downhill from there. We moved our stuff into storage on one of the coldest days. Forest was not happy that we had so much stuff. He used foul language because he had to work in such undesirable conditions. He should have advised that I needed a larger unit, but instead I had to lease a second unit. I leased from January 2, to February 3. I didn't receive a copy of my lease so I didn't have it to review before needing to move my belongings out. So I didn't know the rules. I was disrespected today by the owner by the owner. He said that I could move out if I brought the cash to pay for the month. I agreed. When I arrived, they left and locked the building. Joe would not answer my calls. Forest was instructed not to help me. I returned to the storage facility to pay because there would be a late fee after today. Forest wasn't going to take my payment, but really had no choice after I talked to Ted. Forest, finally agreed to free me of them. I moved all my stuff. I'm glad to be free from this company.
