We originally chose Morse Moving because my parents used them and had a great experience, plus they had competitive pricing. Moving out went relatively smooth but it was the moving in that was terrible. They reduced their 7 man crew to 5 which essentially was more like 2 because there were only two men that worked while the other two placed things in the wrong rooms and complained about how long it was taking. As mentioned, there were several things/items placed in the wrong rooms and placed in places of convenience, pieces were missing from our furniture that they took apart, furniture items were scuffed up and not taken care of, and then they proceeded to charge us $1,000 more after the move. The move-in process was slow, messy and chaotic. Then they waited over 2 and a half weeks to cash our check which feels pretty unprofessional. I’m severely disappointed as I was certainly expecting a better experience considering they came recommended by others.

Just used their service. I have moved several times and was very impressed. Tom and Robert were very professional, very careful with items, and arrived on time. Beyond expectation put every thing together. If you want a move with no stress I highly recommend the company.

I spent a lot of time coordinating with Morse moving and found them very professional, informative and responsive. We unfortunately had a change of plans and could not go through with the move, but I would definitely use them in the future.

Excellent work today from 3 amazing workers, moved me from my home in Fairview Park to new digs in Battery Park. Totally on time, professional, efficient, and especially kind.
