Everyone at this location on w117 is nice from the moment you walk in as you walk in ..Manager and Taylor( Print manager )was extremely polite and very knowledgeable answered all my printing questions and made it very enjoyable experience 5 stars my pup and I want to say thank you for the enjoyable experience here will be coming back

Worst customer care at the printing department, these people act non professional, they make clients look stupid , they don’t help at all I can’t recommend anyone to go to that branch , the black guy with glasses ur an alien to that company.

It was my first experience in making a business card online. I was afraid of the results, but they were really wonderful and better than I expected, and the price was very reasonable, and the wonderful treatment of the employees was appreciated. Thank you very much staples

Least helpful print employees ever. Just left after a botched job that they didn’t seem to care went wrong. I noticed it was going wrong as printing and tried to cancel but they didn’t even lift a finger or acknowledge me when I asked for help. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Terrible experience. I went to print a document off of my phone and was having trouble doing so. I asked the lady for help and she talked to me like i was stupid and had no idea what to do. She refused to get management and just told me to wait for the email because my service was bad. Unbelievably unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be returning

This store is horrible. I called to speak to someone before I placed my online print order just to make sure that the order was submitted properly. The print dept person who answered the call was INTENTIONALLY unhelpful. It was a complete waste of time, I received ZERO help. I needed to have the documents I printed delivered by courier with a proof of delivery copy returned to me. This is a standard courier practice. These Staples employees came up with all kinds of ridiculous excuses about why they could not allow me to put in a ticket to have my documents scanned back to me. They offer a courier service but don't offer proof that the service was provided- its absurd. Now I have no proof that the documents were ever delivered by their courier even though I paid for the courier service. I offered many rational solutions for every excuse they provided for why they could not send me the proof of delivery documents I needed, but they rejected them all. These people must get paid bonuses every time they refuse to help customers. DO NOT USE the courier service offered by STAPLES- its a SCAM. I paid $14 and have no proof that my documents were delivered. I intend to contact Staples Corporate as well as the Ohio Attorney General

Horrible service!! The employee on the copy area very unhelpful, I ask 10min before they close to make copies on color for me and he said that because they close and 10min he cannot make 7 copies for me that I need to come back tomorrow. The doors were close at 7:49pm went your the hours for a Monday is until 8pm. No one wants to help me because I came to the store 10 minutes before they close.

First time in the store, was wanting to use the UPS services. That was my mistake. No one was anywhere except confused customers every where looked for the help of an employee. The one worker I finally saw was handling a break down of a woman who was in tears and everything —about how UPS told her the wrong information. This poor kid had no idea what she was even talking about as he didn’t work in the UPS part of the show. Well I stood in line to walk up to the cashier who says I’m sorry the UPS guy isn’t coming back or I don’t know where he is. He said i suggest you find a different store. First and last time in a staples for me.

lousy served! I came to this store in the morning trying to print some labels and cards for my daughter's birthday, I came at the time they told me by email that I had to pick it up, and the person who was attending in the afternoon was rude, rude and already racist My English is not fluent and since I couldn't express myself well, he ignored me. I had to look for another customer in the store who spoke Spanish to help me and pay attention to me. After all this, he approaches me and tells me that he doesn't either. They will be able to give me the labels since they did not have paper, they did not give me an option to go through them another day.

I have witnessed this store's rapid decline. It's messy on the outside and inside, help at copy/print desk is slack, little to no personality, and act as though pleasure should be all mine for them even to acknowledge me.Sloppily dressed employees, one with his rear end and underwear showing. They just act like it's a bother for them to have you in the store. This scenario has been my most recent of experiences.Up the standards back to average at least, because standards have fallen so far below average...that few realize it...Then, think if you expect at least average...that you are expecting too much. Get it right, people. Won't be returning.
