Unfortunately, this particular Staples location seems to be having difficulty retaining qualified employees in their technology department. I’ve had different issues with service related to a repair last year on my laptop and this year purchasing a new iPad.

Profits over people. The store is horribly understaffed. There's no one there to help you select complicated technology. The signs for the different areas do not match the products in those areas. The company is clearly more interested in sucking out every penny of profit than actually providing real customer service.

Very rude dude. Kept talking with a guy trying to get his number instead of focusing on the customer. Amazon machine was down and had no information other than that. Maybe you should stop flapping your jaws and learn something about your job. Couldn't even tell me where the next closest one was. I just canceled my return and went to whole foods instead to return my items. I'll be glad when they shut this store down.

I come here often to print images for my art projects. The only helpful person in the printing department is the young man with locs. Other than that one associate, the service is horrible. On one occasion I was told that it would take 36 hours to print 12 pages of 8.5 x 11 card stock, he completed a similar job for me in five minutes. I’ve also had an employee attempt to finagle me into paying for print jobs that I didn’t ask for. I’m done with this business.

During my visit, I noticed that there were only two employees working, which seemed to contribute to a few challenges. The store shelves were quite empty, making it difficult to find the items I was looking for. there was a significant wait time at the checkout. We ended up waiting around 25 minutes to pay for our products.
customers with Amazon packages were being prioritized, which added to the delay for those of us in line.
We ended up just walking out and abandoning the purchase.

The men's room is locked. Customers are directed to use the facility at the Penn Station next door. I won't spend money in a business that demonstrates a low regard for their customers.

I can’t print the file, no one is able to help me, I used the “broken computer “ that does not have any sign indicating it’s broken and tried to print a receipt in order to get a refund for not even being able to print anything, and THE PRINTER IS OUT OF INK….. At staples. Can we have a sign at least? I guess the workers aren’t allowed to put one on there. Also Ink is like 2 isles away. was given another email to send my file to and it didn’t work. I’ve been here for an hour and didn’t succeed at anything other than being charged $10 hold for nothing.getting a refund for my $1 I spent isn’t even working.
In the past I’ve loved stapes and I’ve loved how easy everything is. This has been the most alternate universe experience ever and I’m never coming back.

This store is consistently out of stock of shipping items like bubble mailers waste of time trying to go here for that. Every customer service experience I've had here has been great so only positive feedback for the team.

how is staples even still a business? ordered a chair with 1 hour pick up. showed up 2 1/2 hours later, order wasn't even looked for. had to stand there for another 40 minutes until the manager comes out of the back and shrugs saying "we dont have it"
waste of my time completely, no apology, i will never shop at staples again. it's just a waste of time. shop at a real store/online store.
