The vets and techs are always so kind and caring, to both me and my cat! They use fear free tactics, which makes it a lot easier on my boy as well. The compassion they show and their willingness to answer questions (and I have a lot of them!) makes the choice to go to Small Miracles very easy.

I can’t recommend the vets and the rest of the staff enough. Everyone is kind and accommodating. It’s clear they have passion for animals. Dr Arnold is amazing, even my timid cat who only liked my husband and me would be calm during her exams. Felt like magic lol

We appreciate how accessible your team is via text messages. We love the personal connections all of the staff make with our dogs, and us. The feel is welcoming and responsive; and the cost is fair. Sadly, it’s a rarity in this day and age to engage with such a customer service focused team.
