Horrible place, nobody knows what they are doing, the owner Dee, seems like a good dude, but he got crackheads working for him and they are screwing up his business, the installer named James Paige, messed up my truck pretty bad, before the installation, I was able to enjoy my subwoofer and my steering wheel control with my old aftermarket stereo, now post install, my Sub and SWC don' t work, this idiot named James Paige cut all the wires of my car stereo including the new stereo that was installed, he didn't even know what to do or have the right tools during the install , he keep asking the other guy next to him for some tools and how to remove a dash bezel clips, and he installed my rear camera upside down, at the end, they charged me $200 for messing up my Truck and never gave me a receipt. I took the truck back and no one was willing to take a look or tried to fix it,rather one of the dudes that was hanging round there was letting off fireworks making it sound like a gun shots to scare people and was laughing about it. Please People, do not go there unless you want your vehicle stereo system ruined, Dee need to clean up and get rid off all those unprofessional employees he got if he want more customers. Otherwise there are better stereo installation places on the Westside or at Mentor Ohio where people are more professional and knows what they are doing.
