Terrible service… only had the policy for 2weeks and refunded me less than 30% of my money back! Terrible communication from the agents!!! Run far away from these scammers they set they own rates and charge whatever they want go through a real agency!! Cheap is not always better

Don't waste your time. These guys have probably the worst rates in Ohio. On top of that you can see their owner hates their clients just by observing the disdain they have for anyone that questions their atrocious behavior here in the reviews. Looks down on those that need insurance and mocks them all while trying to to overcharge. They literally make me ill.
