Sign on the door said be back In 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes. Then I saw someone moving around in there. And they still never came out to the door.

Gas Spilled all Over and No Care! Stopped at the Speedway on Chagrin Blvd because it was convenient while shopping near Trader Joe’s. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Gas pump #2 immediately started spilling fuel — it splashed on me, the ground, and later even spilled on my car after I finished pumping. I ended up covered in gas, and my vehicle had to be washed right after. When I informed the employee inside, they showed no concern and just said, “Sorry, nothing I can do.” Extremely frustrating — poor maintenance and lack of accountability. I left not only paying for gas, but also a car wash — and had to go home to change clothes. Very disappointing. I won’t be returning and would recommend others avoid this location.

I want to like this place because it’s close and have decent gas. The issue here is the employees don’t seem like they want to be there. Ive been met with attitudes just because I asked a question . I was rushed even though there is no line as if I don’t have an option to shop around, more so know what your getting and get out cause I don’t want you in my hair kind of vibes. Honestly can’t recommend coming here they need friendlier staff that has better customer service because it was poor.

This location has taken money out of my pocket too many times. I cannot continue to go here. I understand mistakes happen, but theres one man working there that I have actively avoided interacting with and this was the last straw.

Will never go to this gas station again. The pumps don't work and the cashier guy with glasses is over the top rude and not friendly in the least

This has never been the nicest gas station especially because the actual site is very tight to maneuver around it. But for the past year or so a new guy works here and he is unbearable. There have been a number of issues with the pumps that required his assistance. I don't think I have ever met someone in this kind of setting who instantly comes across as rude and condescending. It raises my blood pressure just to interact with him. I cannot possibly keep coming here.

The store manager Tiera is extremely rude. Not only to the other employees but to the customer. I came in there earlier today a she was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever seen working there. I will not be coming back to that until she is gone. She is more then rude to the other staff there a that’s not even work appropriate. Plus she’s only mean to all the white people that come in there an that’s sad. I will never come to this store again

Visited the store to redeem lotto, scratcher tickets( 12/1/2022. ~1:30pm). Ron was on duty along with another female employee.Handed over my tickets to female employee(scanned tickets prior to visiting store. Employee quoted an amount $ 100.00 less than I was owed. I disputed the amount and asked for my tickets to be returned. I departed store with the intention to visit another gas station nearby only to be told the store redeemed the tickets and kept the money. I returned to the Speedway store in Woodmere. After a lengthy explaination and review of the transaction Ron returned the $250.00 I was owed, saying they found 1 of my tickets on the floor. I must have dropped it when I first entered the store. "Hog Wash I thought"! Bcuz this is not my first rodeo in so much as purchasing Lottery tickets. "This is my story and I'm sticking to it". Bottom line: Ron and this employee are not to be trusted.
