The absolute worst customer service ever. A assistant manager who doesn’t know anything about company policies. They took $30 off of my card and would not give me any gas citing insufficient funds even though i showed them the transaction cleared on my end. I even contacted my bank and they said the same thing. When asked what to do “i don’t know” “there’s nothing i can tell you”. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Gave me a random number that doesn’t even work. Nobody is knowledgeable about anything. How are you an assistant manager and don’t know company policies and procedures for returning that your system clearly took?????

I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE WITNESSED TODAY!. A SWEET GIRL WAS IN THE STORE TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE AND THE OLDER WHITE LADY NAMED TERRI TREATED HER SO POORLY, I FELT SO BAD FOR THE GIRL SHE STAYED CALM AND WALKED AWAY HURT. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO REPORT HER! THAT TERRI LADY IS VERY NASTY AND RUDE AND SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO WORK THEIR NOR HOLD THE POSITION SHE HAS!. THIS IS REALLY SICKENING!. I CANT KEEP WHITENESS HER TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY NOR TO ME! I WILL BE TAKING MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! SOMEONE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SERIOUSLY!

Came here to grab some food and drinks while I was heading back to return my rental car. It's a great gas station to easy do access and never difficult with traffic. Store is well maintained, fairly stocked and well price.

The lady with the eyebrow piercing has a nasty attitude every single time I come in. Today she took 10 minutes to come to the register not before multiple people walked out and one guy even stole all the stuff he had because she was in the back for so long. When she came from the back she still ignored all of us in line and stocked all the cups first. Then she was trying to speed everyone up by being very short and rude with them, you would of thought you walked into the wrong trailer park talking to her. I know they pay little and probably don't care about their employees but what's the point of being so rude to everyone just because you would rather be at home? That's not our problem
