I loose wifi service daily! 2-3 x a week I have to unplug my wifi and plug back in. They've come out 2x and can't find a problem. Same issue for over a year....smh

They have this fun game where if you cancel. You have to listen to a whole spiel about a lower price they can give you (if they can afford that why aren't I always paying that lower price?). Then they tell you to return the equipment to a UPS store.BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE.Their customer service representative will fail to tell you once you return the equipment you must call them back to make sure they put in the cancellation order. But don't you worry if they didn't they'll still continue to charge you your monthly rate and tell you your SOL.So if your area isn't controlled via oligopoly I'd go with someone else. If it is. Buy a nice water based lube and learn to like it.?

HEY BILL...You left a terrible review stating that you sood outside the store from 9am til 940am and noone showed up to open.Maybe thats because THEY CLEARLY SHOW ON THEIR DOOR,WEBSITE AND GOoGLE PAGE THAT THHE OPEN AT10 am WEEKDAYS AND 12NOON ON SUNDAY!!! I am SOOOO SICK of people leaving bad reviews and running businesses ratings because they don't pay attention!I have been a spectrum mobile customer since they started offering mobile plus have cable and internet for many many years. Have had multiple interactions with this store and they are always flawless. Am planning to visit next weekend to shop for a new phone. I've been wanting the Samsung fold.

I cannot fully express just how incompetent and useless the Spectrum Mobile Customer Service Department is, but I am going to try. I lost my phone 3 months ago, so I bought a new one from Spectrum. Instead of blacklisting the phone that I lost, they blacklisted my brand new phone, making it completely inoperable - no calls, texts, wifi, nothing. For over a week, my phone was useless - Spectrum blamed everyone else but themselves in the process, even blaming Verizon. So I called their bluff, called Verizon...Verizon confirmed they had nothing to do with it. When I called Spectrum back, after a week of being told "we have to wait for Verizon" - Spectrum made the change and got me back online. After that debacle, I decided to change phone providers - Now, I have been waiting FIVE additional weeks while Spectrum generates an unlock code to free my phone. My phone has been dead for five weeks while Spectrum figures out how to do something that takes most a matter of minutes. By Spectrum's own admission, it should take at most 2-3 days. It's been 5 weeks. During that time, they've called me all of ONE time to tell me they were closing the ticket "just assuming it had been resolved". They also told me it was my phone manufacturer's fault. So I called Samsung and, once again, they confirmed it was still on Spectrum to resolve this. In the 3 months I've had a new phone with Spectrum, they have turned my phone off in error half of the time...6 weeks. I've been on hold for 48 hours in 3 months. During that time, I've been lied to, ignored, misled, given deadlines they've never met, and have heard them pass the buck numerous times. You get a different story, one rep to the next. They have no idea what they're doing and now I'm out $500 for the phone I just paid for that they've screwed up. I want to switch providers and I can't because they have screwed up my phone. Every minute I have spent on hold with them, the recording says "count on us to keep you connected". Meanwhile, they are responsible for doing exactly the opposite.

Like a lot of other happy customers, I was helped by Jeff. He saw me using the check-in kiosk and let me know I could skip all that + come right to his open counter. He swapped our ancient unreliable equipment for a new modem+router (no charge) and I had it setup myself within 20 minutes of getting home. Jeff even saw I brought our recent bill printed out + went ahead + scanned a barcode on it to speed the swap process. Worked like a charm so I didn’t have to rattle off a bunch of account info. Very happy with our improved internet speed and local Spectrum store location.
