After filing a complaint for some inappropriate care I never heard back from the patient relations department. Instead they sent me a big bill! Not only will I not go back there ever again but I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Do not let people leave the hospital when they are begging for help and hearing voices. That is a start.

I've had nothing but problems there immature a holes that will red flag you for calling them out on their BS strongly recommend people go somewhere else because i even tried transferring my prescriptions from their Pharmacy to another is was a headache

The nurses here are amazing. They took wonderful care of my husband the past 5 days. Also a huge shout out to the staff at Seidman for their excellent care of me.

Visited the ER and Drs office yesterday and today and all I can say is that the Southwest General nurses, assistants, doctors, and employees are wonderful! Though tensions are high with Covid-19 they followed protocols and were warm and friendly! Totally recommend!
