When I was looking for a vet for my dog, Ella, I chose Southwest Animal Hospital for Dr. Cross who is now retired. Now with Dr. Soda Gray, I can't see myself going anywhere else. She and her staff are smart, kind, calm, compassionate and truly care. I never feel rushed and all of my questions get answered, and sometimes I have a lot! I feel very lucky to have her and her wonderful staff as my dog's veterinary practice.

I have been taking my dogs to Southwest Animal Hospital since I was a young girl. My parents took my childhood dog there and when I got my first puppy it was the first call I made. Admittedly, when Dr.Cross retired I was very hesitant to have to get to know a new vet. I have to say it has been a more positive experience than I ever imagined.
I cannot recommend Dr.Soda Gray and her team's care and compassion are evident immediately when you walk through the door. She thoroughly explains all treatment options and keeps you, and your pet, comfortable and informed throughout. She is up to date in treatment options and open to any questions you might have. Her gentle approach and warm demeanor puts everyone in the room at ease. Her dedication and experience has made a significant different for our dogs.
If you are looking for exceptional veterinary care I highly recommend Dr.Soda Gray and her team.

Just got back from another visit for my dog Dexter at Southwest Animal Hospital. He goes there for his regular care, but unfortunately, we are somewhat frequent visitors because Dexter often breaks his dew claw due to his addiction to chasing a ball and his anatomy.
Dexter receives EXCELLENT care each time we are there. He's stressed, in pain, and the lovely assistants and doctor never get to see his sparkling personality - just his anxiety, distress, and pain. However, they are always quick and efficient and they LOVE Dexter after treatment is done, even though he's so much to handle during the process.
Today we went in and within 10 minutes of arriving we were out the door, no charge, because it was such a simple procedure and we've been here a lot before.
This is the best vet experience I've ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone.
They are always on time, always kind, always ready to answer questions and help your pet get the best care. Dexter doesn't like to visit the vet, but he's always treated with respect and dignity. I'm so thankful to have found this excellent office.

We have been with them for a few years , then hes sick an we was 13 minutes late and they wouldn't see us. So i was expressed my frustration , by saying this is ridiculous because of 13 minutes late and didn't even yell. So they dropped our pet by saying we wasn't happy with them . So don't express your feelings if you don't want to get dropped

After searching several years for a good Vet we’ve finally happened upon Dr. Gray at Southwest Animal Hospital in Parma Hts. From the friendly office staff to the caring Dr. and reasonable prices, we love it here. We have a Russian Blue cat, a rough coat collie and a border collie. It’s been easy to get them in and Dr. Gray is wonderful with each of their diverse personalities. So happy we’ve found them!

I was recommended this vet. The pricing is very reasonable. But the staff is where I want to go somewhere else. The vet is amazing. She explains and is very friendly, but the front staff and the vets assistant are just rude. They make comments or faces that make you feel unwelcome.

I'm new to this city & needed to be closer for help for my 2 pets. Dr Soto GrayTook us in & was very kind. Rudy has since passed away & Pixie is doing well w her skin issues. BEST care ever.

Just want to make people aware that this place is monetizing on appointments. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and when the day for my appointment came i received a call saying that i am scheduled at 5 and my dog is due for a shot.
I did not think anything of it until she mentioned my dog was a current patient which this would have been her first visit so i mentioned that my dog was a new patient. Had that not been mentioned i may have had a shot given to my dog that wasnt due!
She then tells me my appointment was cancelled because i did not answer the phone when they called the day before.
I rescheduled for friday and had an unprecedented emergency so i called to reschedule and was told i have to pay 50 dollars thats nonrefundable.
Just want to make everyone aware that if money is this places priority im not sure how an animal would be treated and how truthful any diagnosis would be.

I've been with Southwest animal hospital for many years. From the very beginning they've been with me through some really tough times. If you're looking for a compassionate and competent vet this is the place to go. I'm very picky about who would handle my dogs. My confidence grows with this animal hospital.
