I have faithfully been going to South End Hardware for 5 years. It's a step back in time walking through those doors. Courtesy, knowledgeable, genuine and no B.S. Also the crew behind the counter can be humourous at times. Always having what I need and if not they normally have it by the next day. From industrial needs to residential, I can not think of another place in Northeast Ohio like this. Thank you to the crew at South End Hardware
