I just stopped in today to demo some speakers and HOW RUDE AND STAND-OFFISH can you get?? This guy acted like how dare I interupt him. He told me that "most" of their customers listen to CD's and don't stream high resolution DSD's or FLAC's. What?!
I hate leaving bad reviews.. but I own my own business and I would NEVER EVER treat any of my customers this way.

I had recently moved to Cleveland and needed to replace my speakers for an apartment sized space. Knowing nothing about the store except the nod to the Bowie song of the same name I ventured in to look around. Michael greeted me and inquired if I needed help finding anything. We proceeded to a room with multiple sets of speakers that could switch back and forth for comparison listening. I really liked the Paradigm bookshelf size speakers immediately but Michael wanted to make sure I had the right pair and asked several useful questions about what I listened to and really took the time to insure the correct purchase was made.Never tried to suggest I needed something larger or more expensive and responded honestly and directly to my numerous questions. It was a very enjoyable experience and I’m sure to go back there for my next piece of high end gear when I deem it necessary!

I’ll second the other review that they treat you like they could care less about any customer who walks through the door. Treatment received for asking a simple question was borderline disrespectful. Impression given was that if you’re not ready to spend right there and then they would rather you just leave as soon as possible. A new low in customer service.

Worst service ever. Remarkably poor service. Bought a $60K smart home Control 4 five years ago. We've had lots of problems. TVs don't work, remote controls don't function, and we can't get anyone there to answer the phone or return calls. I'm currently waiting for my 9AM service appointment and that was 1.5 hours ago! Nobody answered the phone. Do not do business with this company it's just horrible. I can't remember the last time I took the time to write a negative review but now I'm upset enough to do so.

Everybody just ask for Donny. He is my dude. Bought a system about 2 months ago i'm a rookie but he walked me through what I would need and wouldnt. Just fried my marantz amp and he just simply told me bring it back in and will square it away.

Poor service from the start. Never recieved package. Tracking clearly says delayed at a specific post office for over a month. When contacted by staff I was told I sent it back empty no refund will be issued.

I stopped in on 2/22/2019 to purchase a pair of Bowers & Wilkins speakers. The place was empty and not one of the 3 people in the store could find the time to greet me. Their loss, I went home and ordered the speakers from Crutchfield - no tax and delivered to my door.
