Love working with Zentro. Shelia has been just the sweetest and so professional. They have great customer service. I work at Residence at Leader and since I’ve been here, my guy Joey & Ruben has been on top of everything, they make sure all of my residents are well taken care of. Never once have I had a customer complained about the service. Just over all a fantastic crew and internet!!!!

I've had ATT and Spectrum throughout the past 6 years when I lived in Florida and Ohio now I got stuck with some new ISP provider and it's giving me comcast PTSD with how poor the data transfers are, outages, DNS server connection. Avoid if you can.

Joey came and helped me out less than an hour after the call. Troubleshooting the router issue, came prepared with a back-up. Super knowledgeable and entertained my questions and taught me quite a bit as well. Would highly recommend. Super personable.

Josh and the crew were amazing. Super timely, they texted when they had free times between service to see if I was available for an earlier time, and got my entire issue solved and service restored in <15min. A+ experience.

Joe and Tee were amazing! Got our wifi installed in under an hour with no issues. They took time to explain the process and all the details. Would definitely recommend using them and SNIP, their service was awesome.

Snip is great! Their customer service is miles better than the larger companies (I used to have Spectrum.. I don't recommend). They answer any questions I have right away, had everything installed before I moved in, and are personable in their communications.

I have been extremely impressed with the internet service. Far more reliable, and faster, than the cable company. Installation exceeded expectations as well. I love that there aren't hidden fees.

There's no Customer support outside of "normal working hours", Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 PM (ET). They clearly are unwilling and/or unable to onboard the overhead to ensure that their Customers have immediate access to Support. Maybe once they scale enough that they can provide a more robust Support Desk it would be worth revisiting but if you look at the other reviews, some dating back a year+ with the same complaint, it's clear that they consider the subset of Customers that have issues outside of their Banking Hours acceptable collateral damage. With more and more of us working from home, access to the Internet is no longer a vanity or luxury; we are dependent on it. Snip is a hardware/tech company masquerading as a Service Provider. Buyer beware.

Avoid at all costs if you value your time.I want to rate snip 5 stars, but they have 2 major flaws that makes the customer experience insufferable. Those being; no outage information or communication and customer support that only operates during normal business hours.With snip I've had plenty of outages and router issues, but no more than any other Isp really. However, due to both the aforementioned problems, the down time lasts several hours to several days, which is unacceptable.Since they don't provide ANY information regarding outages (and you can't find anything on google), when you run into your internet cutting out, you'll often end up wasting hours troubleshooting an unfixable local outage, which you cannot find out about.As for support, they are nice and helpful, when you can reach them. If your internet happens to conviently wait to have issue between 9-5, then you're in luck. However, if you get home from work and your internet isn't working, you'll almost certainly be without internet until at least tomorrow. This has happened to me around 10-20 times in just under a year.All and all, just pick a different Isp which has the resources and infrastructure that respects your time because Snip clearly doesn't.

Pricing seems reasonable, but the fact that there's 0 customer support after 5 on Saturday is a joke. I have had 5+ weekends without internet over my 1.5 years with them. I will be switching to slower internet by some metrics because bigger companies have the capacity to fix issues when customers are most likely to need them.
