It’s been great so far living in the Cedargate community apartments, Kelsey has been a very helpful & personal manager. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, it’s been taken care of in a timely & efficient effort. Plus, PET FRIENDLY!! It’s very nice that I can have my kitty here in a peaceful, comfortable living space. I’m planning on moving up from my studio to a one bedroom this year, because I’ve truly enjoyed the environment & experience here. All the other tenants as well are very friendly & seem to experiencing the same kind of love for the place as I do. They’ve been updating pieces of the property as well consistently, which has helped me know they care for the people living as well as the property itself. Overall, it’s been wonderful living here & as long as I’m located in Galion, this is where I’ll be.

Cambridge Court has the best service team out there. They are super responsive, get work done quick and make you feel valued in the community. Nichole is the best!I have loved making my townhouse my own, and the neighbors around me are overall good.But.. I am giving Cambridge Court/Smythe Property a 3/5 because of the smoke smell I get in my townhouse that most likely comes from my neighbor. I have to run tons of air fresheners and clean consistently to keep the smell controlled. Though I have expressed this concern, they “can’t” tell their residents not to smoke in their home. Not sure how that is if it’s effecting others..Also the apartment wasn’t 100% cleaned before we moved in. Lots of dirt and old food behind stove for example.. left over pet air in carpets and walls dirty.. but I guess you get what you pay for as these apartments are reasonably priced.Also.. I wish we had a back fence to our patio. For some reason our building doesn’t have back fences but it has side fences .. while other buildings have back fences with gates.. it is something that higher up management doesn’t believe we need.. but I think it discouraged everyone from using their patio because we have to see other people’s backyards.. I think they should definitely add back fences and patios to the two buildings so everyone can enjoy their patio with privacy.

5/5! A great place to either start off on your own or just want a new place to live. The Cambridge Court townhomes are extremely cozy and well taken care of. Staff, Nicole, has been extremely kind to me and my boyfriend throughout our time living here. She is so easy to talk to! Maintenance staff is awesome as well, they will come by in a timely matter if you have any problems with the townhome. The complex is extremely quiet and neighbors are very kind. The townhomes are larger than expected and there is plenty of room for pets without feeling super cramped. It is the perfect sized home for starting out which is exactly what me and my boyfriend needed. I am extremely grateful to of chosen this townhome for my first home. My boyfriend and I look forward to living here for years to come. Thank you for your kindness Nicole.Katie

I’ve been living here at Cambridge Court & Saxon Townhomes for the 3 years, it’s a great stay the management team here is awesome & always hands on whenever called upon. I would recommend anyone to live here. Very reasonable and in a nice area.-Deangelo Avent

I’ve absolutely loved my experience living here so far! The apartments are of incredible quality for their pricing. The best perk of it all- SO QUIET!! The walls are perfectly thick and I can’t hear any noise outside of my apartment. Even though I just moved here in July, I’m already looking forward to renewing my lease with them. Not only is the apartment amazing but the staff is incredibly friendly and hard working as well! Any time I’ve had a maintenance request it’s been fulfilled almost right away. Overall an incredible experience and I’d highly recommend W 25th lofts to anyone looking for a perfect apartment within walking distance to grocery stores, fun inexpensive events, top tier restaurants and bars, and fun little boutiques! Perfectly situated little apartment complex that simply can’t be beat.

West 25 Lofts is truly a community. Jomar & Antwon are so friendly and responsive when it comes to problem solving. We have had several maintenance requests get taken care of within the week if not the day which is so appreciated. The gym equipment was unfortunately broken for a long time which was not ideal but that has been recently fixed too. Love the holiday decor, contests, and more that we all participate in here!

We love the town home we reside in. There is so much space, and the walls between complexes keep sound out very well. The maintenance workers (especially Mike) are extremely helpful, generous and respectful. Some of the facilities in our town home aren’t of the highest quality, but we have not had any issues getting thing or replaced when they break or start working less efficiently. The neighborhood is also secluded from the main road, which results in it being a peaceful neighborhood to live in.

I cannot say enough good things about W 25th Street Lofts in Ohio City, managed by Smythe. First, the historical building and our actual 2 bedroom unit are both amazing. Comfortable, spacious, well appointed, and with free Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Package delivery is never a problem. The safe, heated garage with assigned spaces is almost unheard of in the city. But the 2 best aspects of W25L are Jomar and Antwan. Jomar manages the property and is very responsive and helpful. Antwan can fix anything and is also very responsive. They are both willing to help with anything you need, are kind, caring, and they certainly create a community feeling here. I am sad that we’re only living in CLE for 9 months, because this place is special.

I currently live in the West 25th St Lofts and I am very pleased with the staff. Management and maintenance have been very responsive and helpful. I also love how spacious my apartment is for the price! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location and great living accommodations.

I have lived at Woodside Terrace for about a year and am renewing my lease! I have nothing but awesome things to say! Jeanine and the leasing staff are never anything but helpful and answer all questions quickly and with care! My maintenance requests are taken care of quickly as well! Rent is very reasonable and why I’m staying here!

I have been a resident here for one year and just renewed my lease. I have nothing but good things to say. Whenever there is an issue the office deals with it quick and efficiently. Maintenance are also very professional and nice.
