I go to this gas station two or three times a day so does my husband. I purchased gas this morning and left without pumping. The employees notified me someone had pumped my gas into their vehicle. I honestly believe the guy that was supposed to give me my receipt pumped my gas into his vehicle. I am thinking about going back speaking with management and calling the police and request video of done it. He balled my receipt up instead of giving it to me and I just left to upset to request another one. I am no longer interested in purchasing gas here and will suggest others not due the same due to unethical employees.

Clean and bright store with a wide variety of snack food and beverages. Gas prices are one to two cents higher than area average. Signing up for Shell fuel perks really helps at the pump.

I've been going there for 6 years. New clerk who decided to chat when ppl in line & now I'm the one who now has to wait for her to get Mgr to wait on me. Ridiculous!!

My husband and I LOVE getting our gas from this station! We have been refueling here for about 15 years and have gotten to know the owners and workers very well - they are like family! They keep their property clean and safe and beautify our neighborhood with their lovely flower plantings and festive seasonal decor. Their new store is a great place to shop and pick up things!

Every time I go in this place the young man on the evening shift acts like it is the most inconvenient task to take my money and put my things in a bag. I am a very polite person and in no way should I be treated that way. Without customers he wouldn't have a job. I've had random people tell me the same thing.

Came in for oil change and they told me i needed shocks and struts also told me tht i needed work tht i jus had done in August. They jus like the rest out to get ppl money

When I started working here (over 26 years ago) I had never even heard of changing the oil in my car. No wonder I had to buy another vehicle every year or so! I have had my vehicles serviced here since I started working here. I also did courier work and now, I routinely get over 250,000 miles per vehicle. It's amazing what a little routine maintenance can do. Our certified technicians also do exhaust, suspension, AC & heating and electronic/computer issues. I may have a biased opinion in favor of TurneyTown Shell but take into account that we've been here for over a quarter of a century so we aren't a fly-by-night joint!

Yes I gave this place a one star rating because the lady that works at the station was very disrespectful to me and my husband. went there yesterday I got some gas, and he play his number. he told the lady that she did not play his number correctly she got very irate very disrespectful started yelling at him when other customers came into the station. told him that we don't want his business and don't ever come back to the store. me and my husband felt very disrespect at a place that we spend money at.

Surprisingly enough I learned about this establishment from meeting one of their workers in a local store where I was looking for transmission fluid for my vehicle, granted this gentleman did not work at the store but was willing to help me. He was able to assess my vehicle and advised me to get it towed, the staff at their shop was beyond exceptional and friendly and were able to pinpoint my vehicles issues and recommend me to a reputable place that does Transmissions. I have been nothing but happy with all of the services since meeting this man. I have recently gone in to get an oil change which was very speedy and far less expensive than your chain service providers. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Cleveland area. Not very many vehicle stories are happy ones but I am truly grateful for meeting one of their employees by chance and for all of the assistance and services they have provided over the last couple of weeks.

Very dishonest and unorganized I unfortunately worked there for 2-3 months. If you are in the area and need service done pay a little more and take it to a shop that will do the job right and fast.

I love this place. I enjoy the employees in the station, they make sure your ok with the service before you leave and they also make sure your comfortable with whatever you need done! We will never go anywhere else.

I have been a customer at Turney town Shell for the past 10 years. They're like family! I have never had a bad experience at Turney town Shell. There are very honest people!!! The work that they do is quality, they stand behind it 110%! I would never take my cars anywhere else.

We have an excellent service station, we not only have return customers, but continue to bring in more with our fair prices and excellent work. Never have any of these mechanics been dishonest. There's a reason this place has been thriving for well over 20 years.
