Not like it used to be. The food is mediocre at best. Sheetz used to be the place to go for subs when I lived in PA. Now they are no better than a cheap grocery store sub. Two very thin slices of meat and bordering on stale bread. They act like mayo is a precious commodity because they are very tight with it. On a 12" sub I got four rings of onion spread out over the whole thing. I will not be coming here again.

Was picking up a DoorDash order and waited 30 minutes, when I asked the employee when it would be ready, they said that no one was working in DoorDash orders, even though the items where paid for

Pretty low gas prices, but we'll see if it stays that way after the initial opening period. They have two free air pumps, which is nice.

A lot of cookie cutter replies from the owner, but a year from now will anything really change?? Gas prices fluctuate here more than any other sheets in the area. Food wait times are Horrendous. But at least the facility looks pretty?.

Applied for this location less than 48 hours ago over the weekend and all my applications get rejected based off of a multiple choice questionnaire apparently there’s no way they reviewed all three applications. You’re rejecting someone who’s willing to take a pay cut and change careers who really wants to work and come to work every day and is eager These complaints I read on here are valid and the system needs to be changed I have many qualifications that makes me a great candidate for a leadership role and unfortunately you’re going to miss out all based on a multiple-choice questionnaire. It is not surprising that old-school business practices went hand-in-hand with employees that had good work ethic. Now you cannot find employees that are dedicated. They use questionnaires to weed out applications and it works to a point but obviously reading company reviews and not just here, but other places as well. It’s not working very well. Those questionnaires tell people to be honest, but many that are getting these jobs are obviously not so honest, and the ones that are being honest get rejected And there’s your problem. What happened to there’s no right or wrong answers? I understand that it’s not the individual stores system but it is definitely affecting the individual stores and they shouldn’t go solely on this questionnaire.

Every time I go in there. I get the same milkshake ordered the same way each time. With ice cream base, not ice base. There is a difference between the two. And every time I get a different milkshake. Last time miss Gina the cashier said oh that's the way they r made. Well miss Gina u need to give me the one I ordered that's on the receipt. U guys need to train ur employees better. I will not be returning I rather go and make my own milkshake. I'll know it's made out of ice cream not ice.

Waited an hour for food. Had to get my shake remade because it was the wrong size and my sandwich was missing add-ons. Worst sheetz experience I've ever had.

here at the new Sheetz on brookpark in Cleveland and literally sat in drive thru for over 40min and nobody came to window to collect our money and when they finally did blamed us for passing the first window. then serviced the car behind us and still had us waiting for just an appetizer!!! it's only been up in business for 2 months and I would never return!!!!!

I placed a mobile order on the app. Drove over and sat like an idiot at the box not paying any attention lol I finally looked at the box and realized it's a push button ordering box. So I drove around sort of confused as what I should do. I sat at the first window for a minute and saw a second window so I moved up. I wasn't sure which window they work. I waited about a minute and a super friendly employee came to the window. I explained to her that I wasn't sure if I was just supposed to pull up or whatever since I've never been there. She said I was fine. I told her my name and my order was ready. She grabbed it and handed it to me. I got a hot chocolate it's very good but very sweet, next time I'll get sugar free. I also ordered an apple fritter. With it being close by and easily accessible I'm sure I will be frequenting this establishment.

Do not do the drive through unless you want to sit in limbo for 30 minutes ....

Beautiful new location. Great addition to my neighborhood. It's cool to see this as I'm a former Sheetz employee of 9 years.

Nice New Sheetz!!! Full kitchen as usual. has a drive thru, but it does not have a car wash. I don't think there's room to add one, but that's ok.

They are so slow. I understand thier new but 20 mins for a sausage sandwich is way too long. The Manger moves with no sense of urgency
