I have been doing business with Aaron and Shaker Auto for over two years and lease over 20 vehicles from them. They are amazing, hands-on, and always available. They respond quickly, whether email or phone call and are very polite.
Old school customer service!!!!!

in the brief time i've had to deal with shaker auto lease, i have been spoken rudely to over the phone, have had emails and questions go ignored for weeks and have been sent through various departments (eventually sending 18 different emails) just to still not get a clear answer from them. i've never seen such a poorly run operation of people who somehow seem upset with me for trying to do what they're asking. do not lease with them, i wouldn't have if it weren't for someone other than myself deciding that my car should be leased through them

I have been a client for over 20 years. Brian and Dave are great to work with. Never an issue. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is right from the initial lease to vehicle service as needed. Great people to work with. Honest, efficient, and always there when you need them.

Tim O'Brien, the Leasing Manager, is professional, thorough, and goes out of his way to make your Shaker Auto experience a very pleasant and effortless one. I have been leasing cars and trucks from Shaker for 25 years. These folks are amazing in customer service. They helped me get trucks for my business and cars for myself and daughters. I have done a few stupid things over all those years and thought this isn't going to be good when the lease is over, but the folks at shaker always figured out a way to make it painless. I would never go anywhere else. They make me feel like family.

I Just turned 40 and have been using Shaker Auto Lease since I was 16!You will NEVER beat their customer service. The experience for leasing a car or getting out of a lease has always been effortless. After having seen the cars I drive, hearing what I pay, and seeing the ease of transitioning into a new car, several out of state friends have asked me if they can lease a car through them too. Their rates have consistently blown away dealership finance rates. I have no incentive to give anyone else my business. Can't go wrong with Shaker Auto Lease!
