Our home, like so many others, was affected by the early August storm that overwhelmed the city's storm drains. The team that came to our home initially was not a local ServoPro office because so many homes needed service. Unfortunately, that team did not do a thorough job so I had to call in to have several sections of our basement recleaned. Today, I had two amazing employees from the Cleveland Northeast location Liz and Tyree. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Not only did they address the issues missed by the previous team but they took it upon themselves to clean adjacent areas that they believed needed additional attention. I honestly couldn't be happier with their work. I wish it had been them that came originally! Thank you Liz and Tyree!

Kudos to Servpro and their crew especially to Kat and Frank, after the young man by the name of Joe came out to assess what needed to be done, he was definitely a gentleman and I felt comfortable. So the demolition crew which is Kat and Frank came in and ease my mind. I heard from a few people that this was an excellent company! I don't give a review unless it is five stars. Maybe four but I wouldn't waste my time if it didn't matter. They made sure everything was covered properly I live in a condo and they lined the floor from the elevator to my unit even downstairs coming through the door. I was like wow! I've seen other companies come in but never nothing like this. I was very impressed and would recommend this particular company to others they did what they had to do and they cleaned up behind themselves very well. I'm not sure if that was the feminine touch coming from Kat ? however they both left my home where I would feel comfortable enough for the next shift and that's my contractors coming in to finish the job. Thank you all so much.

ServPro staff responded quickly, professionally and kindly to our request for help in addressing 10" of water in our basement after our sump pump failed due to an extended power outage. The basement (partly finished) looks better now than it did 20 years ago. I highly recommend them.

The Servpro team responded to my water damage situation within one hour of contacting them. From there, they handled all the remediations details with the highest level of knowledge and expertise. The team was always professional, communicative, informative, and punctual. When they completed the job, they left my home in spotless condition and return it to original order. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Everyone on the team was excellent. Courteous, knowledgeable, hard-working. An equipment failure in the middle of the night was unfortunate, but I just unplugged the faulty machine and went back to sleep, so not a big deal.

We had sewage backup - it was just an awful, awful mess. The team came in and from the start were friendly, professional, and hard-working. Our bathroom is back to normal and we're so glad to be able to put this behind us.

My retail business needed an emergency carpet cleaning. I called Servpro and Brandon & TJ were here within an hour. They went over & above. They were polite, professional and efficient. I recommend Servpro without reservation.
