We had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Sembro. We are very happy with the entire process. Starting with the quote that Yuriy put together to the design experience with Mariya to Alex the project manager and finally the entire construction crew. They will all put your best interests first and work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Finally, when it comes time to finalize payments, they are very reasonable with change orders. I highly recommend Sembro for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

We are so thankful to have worked with SemBro Cleveland on a large reconstruction and renovation of a kitchen, half bathroom, laundry room, and more. Vitaliy oversaw our project, provided an unbeatable quote, and was excellent with details. Beyond that, he was so kind. Information was provided every step of the way. The showroom is gorgeous, where we worked with a sweet, creative, and attentive designer named Angelina. She took her time, helped us with recommendations, and guided us with a few things we had trouble deciding on. It’s a turnkey “one stop shop” in the showroom. Alex, our project manager, was accessible, responsive, and kind-hearted. He visited the job on-site multiple times to check progress, ensured satisfaction, perfected any details, and updated us on who would be coming, when they would be here, and if there were any changes expected on the job. He was outstanding at customer service and communication, and very patient. Roman completed demo in a day. Yuriy did fixture changes, lighting removal/changes, changing outlet locations, and some challenging location changes of lights from can to pendant due to a different countertop arrangement. He was so personable. When I asked his opinion on a sconce height, he was helpful, and ultimately striving to make sure we as customers got what we wanted. One day, when we were getting ready to leave around 5PM, we were pleasantly surprised that Paul and Russ came by with countertops- on a FRIDAY! That is just one example of the incredible work ethic this company delivers. And we cannot talk about work ethic without highlighting Ivan. He is so talented- he did cabinet installation, drywall, ceiling work, laid the flooring, installed appliances, shelving, painted baseboards, doors, walls, and more. The most impressive work was watching him do the backsplash, cutting the tiles piece by piece and adhering it even around corners/angles around windows, etc. He is a perfectionist and showed up every single day early (and with a smile) and would stay all day to ensure the project was moving along as planned. He was so sweet and made us feel comfortable. It was like seeing an artist at work, and when he was finished working, I knew one of our first treasured memories of the kitchen was hearing the faint songs/music he would bring to the space and that we would miss that joy. Everything was completed ahead of schedule, and we enjoyed having the team come who did a final clean-up, making sure every spec of dust was gone, that our new finished project was sparkling, ready to use and ready to host in immediately! SemBro really stood out to us because of the people and their personalities. They really care. We recommend them to everyone, and the quality of the finished product and the work- was exceptional. We love our new space and are enjoying it so much more because of its’ functionality and the feel the rooms provide us. Should other jobs come up, we already hope to work together again. They are a DREAM. Thank you SemBro team for going above and beyond in every capacity (work, time, and care) to transform our home!

I had a great experience with Sembro Design & Supply. Yuriy and team did a complete gut and reno of my full bathroom. The attention to detail, craftsmanship and project management were exceptional. They were also very flexible in allowing me to select and buy tile from my own suppliers. I highly recommend them to anyone planning to renovate a bathroom, big or small.

In a nutshell, our kitchen project consisted of removing old flooring, leveling the concrete floor and replace with luxury vinyl, remove our 20 year old Corian countertops and replace with the latest Quartz, add new style backsplash tile and finally replace faucet, disposal and sink with the new and latest products. For starters, SemBro has a huge warehouse you can visit to see various layouts and products. Importantly, SemBros crews are not subcontractors but work for SemBro. Each task had a different crew of 2 workers minimum who specialized in the work required assuring quality work. Each crew took no breaks (besides quick lunch) and worked diligently to complete each phase of the job. Another plus is that SemBro cuts/forms the countertops "in house" with their own equipment which is a huge plus! We highly recommend SemBro Design who not only did a fantastic job with our kitchen but proved to be cost effective as well. Give owner Yuriy a call...you won't. be disappointed!

My husband and I knew our kitchen needed a makeover we just needed help deciding the details. During our exploratory meeting, Yuriy helped us refine our vision by showing images from other projects they had completed and offering valuable insights. He provided multiple renderings throughout the process, making our dream kitchen come to life on paper.
The showroom experience was excellent, allowing us to see and touch the products we were choosing, which made a big difference in our decision-making. The team at Sembro Design & Supply met deadlines, cleaned up the area at the end of each day, and truly worked hard to ensure everything was done to the best of their ability.
They kept us in the loop, asked for our feedback when issues came up, and made sure we felt involved in every step of the project. We are beyond happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend SemBro for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to making our vision a reality!

Thank you Sembro for such a painless renovation journey! We knew when we bought our new house that the kitchen would need a glow up. We had a specific vision for what would functionally work best for our family. The initial consult with Paul was thorough and he answered all our questions. The design consult with Mariya was so fun! She took our inspiration photo and ran with it, taking into account all our must haves. The Cleveland showroom is BEAUTIFUL and extensive with options. Originally the project was quoted to last 6 weeks (average duration), then we were told probably 8-10 weeks, and the team actually finished in about 4.5 weeks! Ivan was wonderful with the construction and tweaking our little requests. I called SemBro on a referral and I’m so glad I did, thank you all again for the kitchen of our dreams!

Sembro was great to work with on our kitchen remodel. They listened to our ideas and wishes for our design and brought it to life! Any hiccup, date change, or change request from us was met with professionalism and flexibility (when feasible). Remodeling is always stressful but Sembros management style helps to smooth out the process. Would definitely recommend them to others!

We had a wonderful experience with Paul and his team; from start to finish. The process was smooth and the demolish/install was quick.
For our project we just had the counters and cabinets replaced. We were impressed with how well the team navigated our cabinets and custom bread nook, taking extra care to avoid damaging. The team made sure we were involved in the decision making and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Sembro to anyone looking to remodel!

From the moment I stepped into their showroom I was hooked. Such a beautiful setup and it gives you a chance to see items in a real way. They were very professional and Mariya, Paul and Dan were all so helpful. I would change my mind, but they were very patient. They installers were very good and my kitchen turned out better than expected. I would recommend Sembro to anyone who is looking for a great company to use for any design and renovation needs.

Yuiry from Sembro just finished a renovation for my son’s house and turned out amazing!! The crew was very professional, polite and goes the extra mile to make sure that u are totally satisfied with what u get .Yuriy is vey pleasant to deal with , has a good eye for design so u can trust his recommendations, never heard that we have a dead line to finish the project by , waited patiently when the sconces we liked are on back order and have to find an alternative, that takes the stress out of the renovation process . Thank you and we will meet shortly for the ongoing renovation of my master bathroom

Horrible customer service. Traveled 1 hour only to be ignored once we arrived. No one greeted us nor asked if we needed any assistance. One of the workers got up when they heard the door but turned back around when she saw us. We will spend our money elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
