The people that run this business are extremely rude and condescending. I had a coat that I wanted to sell to them so I called first to see how they go about doing business. Not only were one of the associates, managers i don’t know what his position was but he started asking me personal questions that I felt were inappropriate and had nothing to do with me selling my coat… he then told me to email them pictures so I asked for their email and he just started mumbling and I couldn’t understand him it was as if he didn’t want to even consider doing business and he’d never even met me or seen the coat. So I asked him if he could repeat himself cause I couldn’t hear him due to their horrible phone connection, and he started talking extremely slowly as if I was special Ed. Just all around ignorant first experience, I waited a couple days to hear back but at that point I felt like I didn’t even have the correct email so I called back hoping to get someone else and I did. This person was even more rude than the last, it was honestly unbelievable. I asked if I could just bring the coat in and show them so that it might move things further along. He asked me if “I was incapable of taking pictures and sending them” at that point I no longer wanted to do business but I went up there anyway to see if these people would have the same energy in person. Of course that wasn’t the case once I actually went up to the store but they were still very condescending to say the least. Quite frankly I don’t know how this business is still open. Such rude people should not have the opportunity to service anyone, let alone benefit from it.

They are not nice or professional. Rude, disrespectful and i wont support them. Hopefully tbey close and a better quality business opens there. Read the real reviews plenty ppl agree they are not a place you want to support.

I left my fur headband in the sleeve of my fur coat and I was going through so many deaths in my family..my mind was so overwhelmed and I forgot to tell the people .. I put my coat in storage for over the summer and when I went to get my coat they claim no knowledge of my headband.. and 0nly offered me 10” off on a new one..SMH I won’t be buying any thing from them or storage any of my furs with them guys..

We bought a beautiful mink jacket and I had some repairs done on my other fur coats David provided excellent customer service and we found some new friends he went the extra mile for us thank you David.

The warmest, most genuine customer service I have experienced in quite some time. The manager is truly a mensch, he was very personable and answered all the questions I had regarding an heirloom fur I recently acquired after a loved ones passing.

I have tried very hard to work with this Furrier.I purchased a full length mink coat. All throughout the process her and was very curt a condescending. After three attemptsthey still were not able to order the hat I wanted. David's condescending attitude continues.If I am a paying customer I should have what I asked for.Not what you think is good enough.Buyer beware of the treatment you allow when making a purchase. I wish I had never given him a cent of my hard earned money.

Wouldn't let anyone else restyle my old furs - I'm a thrift shopper and buy used. If you want your old coat to be new to you and still fit like you remember, this company has been here decades. Great designers, excellent furs - just bought my first NEW fur.
