I have never met a person at a motive shop as kind as the owner of Sass automotive. I tried going to a couple well known places down the street in Parma and they both wanted around $200 to just look under the hood when my car was severely overheating with my young daughter in the car. Him and his employee took us in even while busy.Thank you guys!

This is our go to shop. We've been going here for over 12 years. Team is AMAZING. Only charges you for necessary work and if anything happens after they fix your car they'll do everything to make it right.

My mechanic could not service me today, so i decided to take my car to sass where my daughter gets her car done And im very pleased did what i asked and the customer service was great from the time i dropped off and picked up. Very nice thorough business. I think my mechanic lost my business.

On our trip we experienced a problem with an oil sending unit. When we got to Ohio my wife’s cousin introduced us to George at SASS .He made our problem a priority so that we could continue to South Carolina,his professionalism and compassion for our problem was commendable.My wife and I will recommend him to everyone we come in contact with,family and friends. We cannot say enough good about what they did for us and the more than reasonable price we were charged for the work thank you again.Service: Auto maintenance

I had rear shocks installed. They allowed me to bring my own parts and had them on and on my way in a half hour. Small shop, great service.

Top mechanics in Cleveland. They installed a new rack and pinion for me, my car is driving excellent now. Highly recommend them, I take all my cars there for almost 4 years now

I took my car up to meineke to be served, by being early in the morning I wanted me some coffee,so I walked and got some coffee not really knowing my way around got lost coming back and wind up at SAS automotive,I had walked at least an hour and it was very hot like a desert out there,the manager that own the shop was so nice to me he gave me a ride back to meineke,, his wife even gave me some water,I don't know what would have happened if he or her didn't,I probably would have passed out, I owe them my car to give it service one day.☺️Thanks again Sir & ma'am.
