Tire department never ever answers the phone. We pay to much for the membership for use not to even get phone service. Every thing else is fine .

For the weekend before thanksgiving it was actually a decent experience. Shelves were well stocked. There were lines but they moved rather quickly. Overall was a low-stress trip!
