I scheduled a pick up online with a clear pick up address. I called and talked to an employee to confirm the donation. It was a kitchen table and chairs, a small antique China hutch, 2 small book cases. The truck arrived with two men who immediately started yelling at me that they didn't know this was an apartment building with 2 elevators. I got the maintenance man to hold the biggest elevator for them. They went up and took one look at the furniture and refused to take it. It was in good condition. One of them kept repeating that he doesn't get paid enough. These old men were lazy and slow. They said I should have known they would only take used furniture in perfect condition. I think they were just too lazy to work.
