Thought I needed a tow so I called and gave my location, and the driver arrived in 10 minutes. I asked him to try a jump-start before towing and he politely obliged. When that didn't work, we both thought it was the starter, so he knocked on the starter while I cranked the engine and it started up immediately. Charged $30 (well worth it) and I was able to drive home. (They previously quoted about $99 before tax for a 16 mile tow, also a good rate.) Most people don't review towing services, and when they do, they usually share only negative experiences.
