So excited to have a Ross in northeast Ohio! You cannot beat the prices. I was surprised as to how empty some of the shelves were and how things were just thrown around. Bonus points for having a “skirt section” labeled, whereas other like stores have them mixed in with the pants.

I like that it’s not very big. Gives you time to look at the whole inventory. It’s not very clean, but itms decently organized and if you have the patience you will find the best deals. The best.

Just as bad as Burlington next door.Half the store is empty, barely any merchandise in any section. What’s there has been severely picked through.This is a new store, how is it already this bad?

This place doesn't empty the trash cans in front of the store, and the overflowing trash is all over the parking lot. No respect for the community, no respect the environment. Total eyesore.

The one reason I have chosen to give this location a 5 star rating is based on the fact of my most recent visits at the store. The checkout was fast and efficient and the cashier was super friendly. I was very impressed with her energy as she made my day! I can’t remember her name but I do know she hast to be a new employee there for I’ve never seen her before. She dresses well and seems to enjoy what she’s doing. Hopefully the store can keep it going with positive vibes and more importantly good service. The store was clean and it was easily accessible to finding what I needed. Kudos to the lady at the register! Keep up the good work! Hope it continues ?

I would stop in this store in the past for some gym clothes and it was never organized months ago. Recently I visited out of convenience and to my surprise, a new employee by the name of Sabrina greeted me and I was pleasantly surprised as I never used to get a greeting upon entering. She helped and actually got me to grab my clothes for the gym. I was skeptical about buying a shirt due to my insecurity about my stomach. She was very encouraging and I ended up buying the shirt. It’s a major improvement here. I love the shirt on my body and I will be visiting again just to see her.
