The cashier charged my card twice for the same transaction changing the secong charge by one penny reporting this place for fraud and theft thank God I check my bank app very Sketchy place I've lived in Cleveland my whole life and used to shop there when it was Kmart but i would never go there again

Went there for the first time, and was all excited. Got to the checkout line and they tried to charge me 14$ for two of the same item when I only got one for 7$. Asked them about it and they tried to say that they were charging me 14$ because I got two... when I didn't. I told them to just take it off. Paid for my items, went home and realized they still charged me for the item at the original 7$ price when I ended up not buying it at all. Had 8 items in my bag but was charged for 9. My partner was in a different check out line and they tried to charge him for an item he was price checking and told them he didn't want. They were honestly rude for no reason and they tried to make me look dumb because they over charged me. Sketchy place, never going there again. I wouldn't trust them, if you do go there double check your recipt to make sure they don't do that to you.

Can’t find anything from there. I understand the cashiers are tired but the cashiers give me bad attitude.

I went into this store with my husband to exchange an item, and the lady who served us had a very ugly attitude. If they are working in the store, they should be more friendly and affectionate and this lady has none of that, she is very rude.

This store has great products, but the check out is long because of the lines, need to add more cashiers, although I know times are hard because of the virus.
